This is not a simple photo session, but a fully guided cinematic hanbok photoshoot.

A professional photographer leads the experience, using visual pose examples on a tablet to help you move and express yourself naturally.

With expertise in commercial and entertainment photography, we focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and K-drama style scenes rather than stiff studio poses.

Edited photos will be delivered digitally within 7 days after the experience. The number of final edited photos may vary depending on the flow of the shoot. RAW files are not provided. Photos are delivered via a private online link for download.

You will meet your host or professional photographer after wearing your hanbok at the meeting point. (We only offer Photoshoot not "Hanbok rental, Hair & Makeup". You need to prepare your Hanbok on your own) From there, we will walk together to Gyeongbokgung Palace, where the photoshoot will take place. Before shooting begins, your photographer will guide you through the overall flow of the experience and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. During the shoot, the photographer will show you various pose examples on a tablet and explain how to move, stand, and express yourself naturally in hanbok. This step-by-step guidance helps even first-time guests enjoy the experience with confidence. During the scheduled time inside Gyeongbokgung Palace, you’ll create your own K-drama style scenes against the palace’s iconic architecture. The experience focuses on storytelling, movement, and atmosphere, capturing elegant and cinematic moments rather than stiff, studio style photos. This is a guided outdoor photoshoot experience designed to help you enjoy wearing hanbok while creating unforgettable visual memories in one of Seoul’s most beautiful historic locations.

James and Jacob made the experience really comfortable and fun. James also shared some history on Gyeongbokgung palace which made the experience even better. The directions for different poses were explained well. Recommended!

The Cinematic Hanbok Photoshoot was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The photographer was professional, patient, and knew exactly how to guide poses to create cinematic, story-like photos. The other assistant is constantly chatting, joking around, and making the whole shoot feel relaxed and fun. Their playful energy helped ease the nerves and brought out more natural smiles, which really made the experience enjoyable. Such a fun experience! We did a 1-hour hanbok photoshoot at Gyeongbokgung Palace, and the photographer was super friendly and knew all the best spots. They made posing easy and comfortable, and the photos turned out beautiful. Definitely recommend if you’re in Seoul and want great memories to take home 😊

This was so fun! My daughter and I decided to give it a shot and James and his team were super kind, historically knowledgeable, and most of all fun! It made us feel like we were in a movie set of history itself, with a unique set of photographic/video memories we never would have had otherwise. The royal palace itself was incredible, and surrounding neighborhood fun to explore after for food. definitely a highlight of our trip so far! Definitely worth it!

We had a GREAT TIME together! This Experience was super interesting and fun! We had the chance to learn new things about this lovely Country and we really enjoyed the Time we spent together with Korean Bong! Pictures are absolutely stunning! We had a really wonderful experience with James and Jacob. We booked our shoot on a -12°c day and they did a great job keeping us motivated! James is also a historian so while touring the palace we learnt many interesting facts. Jacob took amazing photos and provided great direction! Having the iPad for pose ideas was also really helpful! They are great people, very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience :)

James and Jacob were wonderful hosts! James was very informative about the palace and its history and the photos were amazing!! James was very accomodating and gave us plenty of breaks in the warm coffee shop before the next outdoor photoshoot ☺️ We had such a lovely time, even though it was freezing! I'd recommend this tour to anyone visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace for the first time 👍😊
