  Our guide and driver Taha in Fes was truly a lifesaver during our last-minute trip to Morocco. On a whim, we decided we wanted to go to the Sahara Desert, and Taha immediately stepped in and made it happen. Despite the short notice, he rearranged his entire day to accommodate us—especially impressive as this was all happening in the middle of Ramadan. During our long drive to the desert, we received a message from the luxury tent we had reserved. They sent arrival information but then began playing tricky games by attempting to charge exorbitant mandatory transportation fees just to reach their camp. We were shocked by the unprofessionalism and dishonesty from a place advertising itself as a luxury desert experience. When Taha heard about our situation, he immediately jumped in to help. He helped find us an alternative luxury desert camp whose owner he personally trusted and described as an honest man. And true to his explanation the owner was exactly this, thus all our activities were added to our stay. Taha’s quick thinking, resourcefulness and willingness to help us turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and unforgettable adventure. Every experience in the desert was absolutely perfect—camel rides, fun activities, the stunning dunes, and peaceful musical evenings under the stars. The only thing we missed was our final sunrise wake-up due to a sandstorm, which was of course beyond anyone’s control. Even then, Taha handled everything calmly and professionally with always a gleaming smile on his face. Throughout the trip, he was always there when we needed him. He helped us with translation, coordinating with local hosts, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His kindness, humility, sincerity, and genuine care for us truly stood out. We could not have asked for a better guide. Taha is, without a doubt, one of the best tour guides we have ever had, and we would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Morocco.

  An experience of 10! Our Guide was Hakim, and thanks to him and the Morocco Kos Tours, we learned a lot about the culture and places visited on the Marrakech - Merzouga route.   Zaid is the best driver, very kind person always prepare to help, also very educated and generous to share they knowledge about marroco. Thanks to him we were delight about our trip.   We did a 3 day trip from Fez to Marrakesh, and Zayd made this the most memorable part of our trip to Morocco. Day one arrived in Merzouga, edge of the Sahara desert, followed by an awesome 2 hour camel ride to our desert camp. Had a great stay that night in the desert!! Next day on to Ouarzazate and the drive and the landscape was breathtaking. Overnight at Riad Caravane in Ait Ben Haddou. This was an excellent boutique hotel with great character. Next morning visited the Kasbah in Ait Ben Haddou which is key if coming to Morocco. Start the visit early for great pictures and minimal tourists !!!! Finally off to Marrakesh via the Tizi N Tichka Pass thru the Atlas Mountains Zayd made this extra special for us and if you book thru Kos Tours, you need to ask for Zayd !!!! He is the BEST. • A fun trip to Merzouga

  We went to the desert as a family of 4 with friends with a mix of pre-teens and a toddler. Mr Otman was our chauffeur/ driver and guide. He is a very reliable, responsable and ponctuel so you can really relax, sit back and enjoy the ride in his very comfortable Mercedes big van. i recommend this tour company and i hope u will enjoy the trip as much as v did.
