1.00DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR EVER GO ON THIS "CRUISE". Its AWFUL. The company is shady, they are HORRIBLE at what they do, they steal your money and provide zero service, zero experience, they have no flexibility, and clearly DO NOT care at all about their customers. As someone who has lived in Philadelphia my entire life, I would normally love to recommend things like this to visitors and friends. After this experience, I would never recommend this cruise to anyone. It’s honestly shocking they get repeat customers at all with policies like this. Plenty of businesses understand that things happen — traffic, parking, life. This company’s attitude seems to be: we got your money, we don’t care. There are a lot of great things to do on the Philadelphia waterfront. This isn’t one of them. Beware before you book.

4.00The trip was quite enjoyable. The food was pretty good. We spent some time out on deck even though it was cold. It's a 2 1/2 tour, but I was ready to be done at about 2 hours. I want to come do it again in warmer weather. I'll spend more time on deck.

1.00Well, the food was not that great. This particular time it was cold downstairs. When the upstairs was just as warm and fancy upstairs. It just was not a joyable trip.This time for my wife's birthday

3.00this was a week before xmas cold outside but lovely and warm inside. was decorated beautifully and staff very attentive. food was ok but very overcooked and bland. all in all a really nice way to see the city at night and mix with locals Del

4.00Nice time Buffet style was ok DJ was totally uninspiring Dull Playlist all night. A few line dancing songs but overall playing basic old funeral music.. Made the best of it
