  Very little English spoken by your guide. Havana isn't worth stopping at. Other than seeing South Beach rest of your tour not very interesting. Played extremely loud latin music when not narrating. Had a car accident. Had to walk a ways to boat tour. Guide tour told us boat leaves at 2:30. Arrived at 2:20. No boat. Found tour operator booth. She was no help. Didn't get a boat tour. Had to flag down a taxi to return to our hotel which was $20 more than ride to tour operator office. Didn't know when we booked with Viator that they outsourced the tour to Miami tours.

• Miami half day with cruise

  Guide wasn’t very knowledgeable. He would point things out but gave no history of why it was important. Didn’t give clear directions when dropping us off for cruise. Many of us missed the cruise we were to be on. We were also told guide from cruise would tell us where to meet bus to take back to meeting point and that didn’t happen. We had to wait another hour for bus back. When I called office about the cruise meet up point, the lady would hang up on me. Would not recommend this tour with this group.

  The office staff were rude and did not seem to want to be there and the tour itself was not what was described online. They did not give you as much time in little Havana or Wynwood as they advertise and instructions for meeting places were terrible. We did the boat tour as well and we were not told where to find the boat. We found another guide who pointed us in the right direction. They are supposed to be pick ups every hour from the last stop, we tried to grab the 5:30pm bus, waited an hour, no bus. Called was told there was traffic and itd be 25 more minutes...no bus. Another person was told 7:00....no bus. We wound up spending money on an Uber to get back because the bus was stuck in traffic for 2 hours...bull $hit! We got an Uber in 5 minutes and were back in 15 min. We think they didnt want to waste the gas to get a little group every hour so they were just coming at the final pick up time at 7:30. Dont waste your time or money on this tour, it was terrible.

  Horrible, the bus never came back on time to pick us up. I will never ride the bus agian.but The boat was great.

  Straight garbage employees nasty and rude one of them hung up on me I called back because we was told to meet back at the bus tour at 1 pm as we're walking back 12:50 pm the bus is already taking off and left us stranded called the office again he's telling to catch a Uber back to the office and I would be refunded finally got back to the office only to be denied my refund along with the jacked up attitude and lack of communication needless to say that being mislead even with the parking Straight jacked up

  It was a good experience but only negative is they told us the boat ride was at 230 but when got to boat area it was changed to 3. We were not able to that part of trip because we had a food tour.

  You have to be careful with the boat tour you can cancel it and it is possible to contact the tour operator

  Great tour, a lot to see. Enjoyed the boat ride the most. Only downside was the guide was a little hard to understand.

  The tour did NOT go to all the locations that were promised. We only visited Little Havana and Bay Market, missing several other places that were included in the itinerary. Additionally: • The tour was scheduled to start at 2:00 PM but did not begin until 3:30 PM. • The cruise portion was supposed to start at 5:00 PM, but it did not begin until 6:30 PM. • There was no bus available to take us back as promised. Because of these major delays and missing stops, the experience did not match what we paid for. This tour was misrepresented, and it felt like a scam. I am requesting a full refund for this tour due to failure to provide the services that were advertised.

  Excellent experience for a reasonable price. I enjoyed taking the scenic route and seeing the sights of Miami
