  When you say it will be a boat ride say that. Or discibe it as a water taxi. Clarity on what you actually offer. Commcation is very important...English and Spanish spoken not just Spanish. Although he may have been a wealth of information I could not understand most.

  The tour is advertised as very organized and flexible, but that's not the case; I went with 7 other people from my family and they didn't take us to Wyndwood, they didn't inform us of the boat departure times for the island tour, and much less the bus schedule to return from Bayside to Lincoln Road

  It felt really rushed. I understand some ppl need translation, but it caused the sites that were being passed to hurry up and get facts, because of two languages haven to be spoken. Once we got to bayside the people there were very rude when trying to figure out where the boat pick up would be. Each location we went to we were only limited to like 15 minutes. Bayside we were told an hour, and the boat would leave at 2:30. When that time came we were told to go to 3 check in points, because their lack of communication with the staff. Instead of talking, they would point their finger in the direction. When 2:30 came, the man tells us it’s actually 3:30. He gets an attitude with another customer because he was expressing how unhappy he was with all the bad service going on. Instead of apologizing, he was antagonizing the customer. We could have had a lot more time to shop, and look around if we didn’t get dropped off at 1:30, and told we’re leaving at 2:30. We wasted a whole hour on the pier , because now the time was 3:30. I think by that time everyone was afraid of getting left, or just didn’t want the hassle of being told the wrong info again. The boat tour was rushed as well. You’re better off just gps all your landmarks, and renting a car to get around. I’ve done many tours in different states, and never experienced this type of service.

  We were ghosted on the second half of the trip after the cruise. Several people returning after the cruise had to find other ways to return. Neither the operator nor viator picked up any calls Furthermore the double decker bus conductor was very rude. I didn’t like being shoved in the face for tips. Almost like he wouldn’t let me get out if I didn’t tip Him. Secondly, it was very hard to follow his accent.

  It could have been good, had the tour operator English was better. However, the bus was very hot. In the description, it states that the bus was air conditioned. Of course, we sat downstairs hoping for this , and it was not so. My husband knows a little Spanish, and He asked about the air and we were told there is none. The driver went on to say “I am just the driver, you can call the company and complain”. Upon arrival back at the office, I told someone there and was told that the bus has Ac. We were very disappointed. I have used your company before, but this time, I was very upset that I booked this tour. On another subject, they told us we were making a stop, when we got off the bus, they directed us to the cigar factory. We did not go in. We went and grabbed a pizza, Had they told us that we would be making a stop for lunch, we would have waited until we got to this other stop by the bayside, Again, we got there and they directed us upstairs to a restaurant, Of course, we were not hungry. They did not say they were taking us to a specific restaurant, COMMUNICATION WAS ABSOLUTELY POOR.

  I had similar experience to other travellers. I booked the 2pm tour but when I got there was no 2pm tour and I had to wait for the 3pm tour. The double-decker bus is taller than the tree branches along the way, so you have to watch out and duck to not get whipped in the face!!! The guy with the microphone (can’t call him a guide) pointed out a few building names, districts, celebrity residences, and that’s it. Nothing about history, geography, fauna, flora, art, music, or culture. Who founded the city? When did little Havana become a thing? Where does the Miami river originate? You know, the kind of thing a tour guide usually mentions, none of that of this tour. When no talking occurred loud music blasted through the speakers. Some people had the good idea to use earplugs. The 15min stop in little Havana was too short. There was no stop at the art wall. The guy didn’t walk us to the boat. The boat part was ok but not enough outdoor seating to view the sights, and cracked windows. The annoying loud music with buffering issues as if it was trying to stream through a 300 baud modem. Bring a backpack with some snacks and drinks if you can. After the boat the number of passengers on the bus doubled and some had to stand up. Some were told there was a hotel transfer and there was confusion about how to get back. ( I recommend using TRANSIT app for that). The good part: nice view from the boat, especially at sunset. Little Havana is a nice stop. Low tour price. (You get what you paid for).

  The host couldn’t speak English good so we couldn’t understand anything he said. His accent was too heavy and he mispronounced every other word.
