  First stop the rest rooms were terrible. No TP, urine on the floor, only one toilet for the whole bus.

  We booked online for the best rate. The bus itself wasn’t in great condition, with a cracked windscreen! Watch out for low hanging branches- you really have to! Our tour guide was rude & mimicked the fact we were from the UK. Upon arrival to litte Havana he pressured us into visiting his mates cafe. We then moved onto bayside- again the tour guide escorted us to his mates Cuban restaurant. We misplaced our ticket & the guide didn’t offer to help. We were directed to the wrong boat departure point. Phone calls to the office to help with the misplaced ticket were cut off or unanswered . We finally got a Spanish speaker to make the call On our behalf. The boat tour was the best bit & would recommend. The return bus was with a. Female Guide, we couldn’t understand her and th sound did not transmit to the upper deck

  Litttle Havanna was the best part. Was just lots Of buildings. Loved the the skyline From the boat .

• Bus tour doesn't deliver!

  Couldn't understand tour guide. After bus and before boat they take you to area with shops and restaurants and go upstairs (there is escalator, unless not working and you have to walk stairs) to a restaurant. If you dont eat you go back downstairs and go to boat area. Wasn't told we were going upstairs just for a restaurant. Also, not warned every time to duck where trees branches were hanging and you could be hit with the branches if on open top of bus. They should warn you each time. Safety issue!

  AVOID!! First of all, we have booked for 2pm, it is necessary to arrive 30 minutes in advance to delay the tour at 3pm (without having been informed beforehand). When transporting by bus, this is very dangerous on the second floor, you literally have to lean head below the seat to avoid tree branches and bridges too low. Considering that we were in the middle of rush hour we missed several viewpoints included in the bus tour in order to enter the scheduled schedule. As for the time at the bayside it is shortened to 35 min instead of 90 min so impossible to eat before the boat. Following the boat tour, the bus was supposed to wait for us at the back of the port where we had arrived. We got off the boat at 8.30pm, the bus was not there, our whole group had to call the BIGBUS several times, no return call. Luckily one of us in the group had booked with an agency she was able to join. We waited about 2 hours because the bus arrived at 10:15 pm, we had to run to the front for the bus to stop and had to show him where the rest of the group was because the driver had no idea. The only positive was the boat tour, I would give 5 stars, but it is not affiliated with the BIG BUS because it is a different company. I strongly recommend you to go there with a transport other than the BIGBUS.

  Nice way to get an overview of the city. The boat ride was the best part. Bus could use air conditioning. Would like to have seen more of South Beach and to have spent more time in Little Havanna.

  The tour was great. The mishap happened when supposedly being picked up at 5:30 pm. A bus did not show until 6:15 pm and the driver was rude. This has been a constant complaint and several guests resulted to taking an Uber back. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified. This has been a constant problem according to other reviews. I would not recommend this tour.

• They need more speakers on their buses

  Do not sit on the top up front. You can't hear anything the tour guide says. The tour guide was very friendly.

• It was an awesome trip! Well run and great tour guides! Would absolutely do it again with family and friends!

  Great your guides! Easy to get around and good stop times. The boat ride was so much fun and the bus tour was very comfortable and informative!
