The exclusive use of the Tesla model Y means you can have any number of people between 1 and 4 in your party, and the driver/guide are all yours for the duration of the tour! There's no waiting around for others to get on and off a bus and we go places that are difficult for larger vehicles to negotiate.
If you have a particular passion or interest, we'll try our best to accommodate that during our tour. Flexibility is just one of our strengths. On our tour of the highlights of Christchurch, you'll see so much more, including some of the quirkier things, like the 'living' street art, labyrinth narrow alleys opening into hidden courtyards and historic buildings concealing modern secrets. Christchurch Cathedral
We'll show you the Cathedral, currently undergoing an extensive rebuild since the Earthquakes of 2010/11. We'll also show you how it use to appear and we'll take in the Old Post Office, the Chalice and other points of interest by foot.
The Arts Centre themed Makete (markets)
The Arts centre precinct is one of Christchurch's oldest established collection of buildings and the original site of both Christchurch's Boys' and Girls' High schools. It was also the original site of Canterbury College, now known as the University of Canterbury. 21 of the 23 buildings have a Category 1 Heritage listing

1.00The tour guide didn’t show up. I waited for 30 minutes and tried to reach out the tour operating company, but no one replied. I had to contact Viator to request a full refund.

5.00Chris arrived on time to pick us up. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We got an excellent overview of Christchurch via driving though town in the Tesla. Chris also took us on a few short walks through some gardens, downtown, and the fascinating library. Chris took great care in making the tour fit our interests and strove to keep us comfortable with water, A/C, etc. It was clear he has been a resident for many years and he was eager to share his knowledge. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00I have been to Christchurch so many times, but this tour revealed gems I have never experienced before. Andrew was a great tour guide, and if you have never been in a tesla before it was great fun too. He had the extra plus of recommending great restaurants and shopping etc.

5.00What an amazing tour made even better by Andrew, our awesome tour guide! My family thoroughly enjoyed out time with Andrew visiting his wonderful hometown. We hope to revisit New Zealand again in the near future and will definitely use New Zealand Tours and Travel...of course Andrew would have to promise to be our guide once again!!
