Classic Route: First departure from Stop 12 Tivoli/ Radisson Collection Royal Hotel at 9:30am. Last departure from Stop 1 Ved Stranden at 4:30pm. Duration: 90 minutes. Frequency: every 35 minutes
Colourful Route: Departs from Stop 1 Ved Stranden at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Duration: 55 minutes
Home of Carlsberg Route: Departs from Stop 12 Tivoli/ Radisson Collection Royal Hotel at 11:15am, 1:15pm and 3:15pm. Duration: 45 minutes

1.00Total ripoff!! Please save your money and pick another company-- They over- crowded people on the bus so people were standing in the aisles upstairs and down. Dropped us off at 1 stop and told us buses would come around every 30 minutes or so. A total lie- they take your money and Never come back for you. We ended up walking several miles and then paying for a taxi so we wouldn't miss the ship. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

4.00Commentary is to a minimum. You pass big nice buildings without any commentary. Driver was nice but didn’t offer headphones I had to come down and ask fir tgem

1.00BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE ROYAL CITY HOP ON HOP OFF IN COPENHAGEN!! I wished I had read these reviews before wasting my money with Royal City hop on hop off. As others did, I purchased on the bus at the cruise terminal. Only ride we got was to another cruise terminal and to the Rosenborg Castle stop. The map they provided show approximate locations of pick up spots but when we went there, no signs saying you were in the right spot and no bus showed after waiting over a half hour (they said buses stop every half hour). Finally just had to take a taxi back to the port. If there is an equivalent to the US BBB in Copenhagen, they will be hearing from me!

1.00You take hop on hop off bus pay 3 days ticket for what you assume are 3 different routes. Turns out afterwards that there are several opertors with ditto buses hop on hop off and not compatible. So wanted to do the 3 rides, but ticket was from another company. Money wastes and feel completely put in the pocket! Expensive ride! Not at all clear!

2.00We booked a 72hr ticket and the first 2 days were good, though we did find out that the last bus was 4pm and not 5pm as it said on the website. On the 3rd day we used the bus as normal getting on at stop 2. About 2.45pm we got on the bus and drove to the little mermaid, normally the stop there is 5 to 10 minutes but this time the driver said it would be 15 minutes but that turned into 30 minutes as he was on his phone and chatting to people. We therefore missed the last bus as it had left the last stop to get to stop 1 for 4pm, the previous day we had transferred bus here. I asked the driver had I missed the last bus and he said yes, and looked surprised, so I asked where to get a taxi as we were nowhere near our hotel. He panicked and said he was going in that direction and would take us, he hadn't listened and nearly took us further from our hotel if we hadn't noticed. Beware if you're relying on the last bus it will depend on your driver.
