  Stops are easy to find. The explanations in all Lanusont interesting. The drivers are very nice. There's a stop at the cruise terminal. Very happy with our visit to Helsinki

  Utterly ridiculous. These services are for tourists- generally those who have NEVER been here before. The confirmation email lacks details as to the stops unless you want stop 1. For other stops you can EVENTUALLY find the locations from the website map, but in the case of stop 13 (central station) the stop location is COMPLETELY WRONG!! It’s 100 metres from where it is marked and there is no signage to tell you it has been moved and you need to chase the bus around and negotiate with the driver to get on it. Get your act together. If you have wrong info, FIX IT!!!!! Not that hard guys.

  We enjoyed the bus. It was a little hot though. Good multi language narration. Covers much of the city sites. We jumped off at the rock church and caught the next bus to complete the tour. The real time bus locator on the app worked great

  I usually find that the sound is really bad on hop-on,hop-off tours, but on this one I could easily hear every word and I thought the information which was given, was very good so I really learned a lot about Helsinki. We were lucky - late afternoon - so we were never more than 6-8 other passengers on the bus. So it was a great tour!

  Book directly with company. It's cheaper and you can negotiate the price on site. We decided to book this bus instead of booking tours with the cruise line. The hop on hop off bus comes right to the port and is a few steps away from the ship.

  When in Helsinki Do Not book The Big Red Bus!!! They start late and are very few running. Make sure to book City Sight Seeing Bus. It will pick you right up at the cruise port.

  this tour is a complete waste of time especially if there is a cruise ship in port . the bus is full as no one gets off and if you stop top see something it is not likely that the bus will have space for u . also the the buses dont run on time and the app for finding out the time of arrival does not work .. in all this is an utter waste of 35 euros…. ,most fo the sites ate in 1 mile square area and you are better off with a day pass of the tram which goes every where

  I had a fantastic experience using the Hop-On Hop-Off bus! It was the perfect way to see all the major landmarks without the stress of navigating public transportation or booking separate tours. The routes were well-planned, covering all the must-see attractions, and the buses ran frequently enough that I never had to wait too long.   Like to use Hop On, Hop Off at the start of a visit to a new city to help get bearings and plan key places to visit. The bus part of the Helsinki hop on hop off was a waste of money. It is a very short route which could be walked in not much longer than it takes to do a circuit. Seemed to have unnecessarily long stops which just dragged things out. Commentary was a bit sparse and didn't really inspire a lot of interests in the city. Ticket also included a boat trip which lasted 1.5 hrs. this was much more interesting and worthwhile.
