  Left standing at Luisenplatz. Very rude lady in the office,I don't need to let someone like that moan at me. So never again will we start the attempt there.

  Sadly we didn’t see the reviews before we got on the bus DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We were not given headphones …didn’t realise we needed them as nobody told us …after a very very boring 30 mins we were back where we started .decided to get off and complain. However the entitled, very arrogant lady in the office , suggested we were intelligent people and should have realised we needed the headphones ..so much for customer service . We did ask for a part refund but she decided we were in the wrong and would not give anything back …she was beyond rude and when I said I would review the trip she got very rude . We have met some amazing German people she just wasn’t one . Don’t go it’s a rip off

  It was a bad experience! The audio doesn’t matches the monuments on the way, it’s either telling a fact too early or too late. One of the earplugs wasn’t working. The driver had a problem with another driver and started yelling loudly suddenly at the bus driver which was super unprofessional and unpleasant. And then he continued the rest of the way telling his friends on the phone what happened over and over again. Overall it was extremely chaotic!

  The tour is badly planned, it goes through a useless loop and stops again in the first station for 10 minutes before driving off again. The audio is horrible, the information is not interesting and it comes either too early or too late, so you can’t even locate the things you hear about. The driver got in a fight with another bus driver and was very unprofessional, he started shouting and even when it was over he called his arab friends and repeated the story in Arabic 5 times before he finally stopped talking about it, so he was driving on the phone, which lead to an incident of hitting the breaks aggressively because he didn’t watch out for the traffic lights. Another thing, even if everything was perfect i think it still would have been boring because you don’t even have time to admire the sights. I recommend either a guided walking tour or just going to the main attractions by foot and checking them out from the inside.

  Due to construction diversions and TV filming, stops have probably been hit postponements that overwhelmed bus drivers! We were able to visit Alexandrova at the stop small Weinmeisterstr. Get out and we were assured we could get back in here in an hour. The bus came and despite cards in hand it passed us in the midday heat!!! We had to walk, the next stop first old mill again. The boss of it all, uninterested "anybody could come "

  Bus was extremely late and inconsistent to the posted schedule. Even when talking to the employee posted at stop 1 near the square, no regard for any of this. We’ve been on several of these buses in different cities and know what to expect - nothing fancy but a decent schedule and prerecorded audio on a loop. This didn’t hit the basic marks. The route is also kind of odd. It should be easy to pick up the bus as it doubles back but somehow it isn’t. In a larger city this would probably run as two overlapping loops but it’s a disjointed, inconsistent experience here. Rent a bike or take the city bus instead.

  We went with Wilhelm and Halil on the old Fritz tour through Potsdam and it had been a very entertaining and informative tour about the emperors in Potsdam and the current empires of Potsdam. Highly recommended 👍

  Don't even think about throwing your money here. I'd already read bad reviews and we weren't going to catch it, but it started raining and we cheered up, and what time... To begin with we were charged one ticket more than we asked for, when paying by card at the time we did not realize, but before getting on the bus we saw the 4 tickets and checked the charge, they actually charged the 4. At the time of purchase there were only the 3 of us and there was no one else around, so it was hard to go wrong, it is clear that the guy tried to get an "extra". We went to tell him and he gave us the €20 back. Once on the bus... the audio guide is the most REGRETTABLE I've ever heard. Very poor information, out of sync with the journey (which goes fast and doesn’t give you time to see anything) and complicated to locate what they say, as soon as a guide speaks with a Castilian accent as another with a Portuguese accent and many others, they leave the sentences in half... seems like a joke. At the 5th stop we decided to take the loss of 60€ and get off to continue on foot.

  They are scoundrels, promises that you can get off at each stop and then get on the next bus, it is completely false, we stopped at stop 9 to see the Cecileinhof palace and when we returned to the stop to catch the next bus, step by the hour and since it was full did not stop, on the next bus we had to get in the middle of the carriageway to stop it, because its intention was not to stop, and when we reached the final destination where we hired it, stop 3 there was no one to claim. Nor did anyone heed the claim we sent to the addresses in your brochure. I will report it to the tourism authorities.

  Boarded at Sans Soucis Castle, after a 20-minute 1/2-hour stop at Luisenplatz. The 5€ discount that we would enjoy with Berlin Welcome Card was not accepted, but is mentioned in their leaflet! Lots of back and forth, again 10 min. wait at Luisenplatz. Explanation via earpieces (including English) not always in sync with what we saw.
