  Seville is a walkable city. Most attractions aren’t on the sightseeing bus tour. There are free walking tours with the bus tour ticket. Overall a good experience

  The bus stops are not easy to identify, no clear signage that it’s for your particular bus/tour operator. The bus didn’t stop at stop numbers 12 or 13 but there was no communication about this beforehand. The ear phones were useless as it was all in Spanish, didn’t seem to be an option to listen in English. A good idea for the app would be for it to advise how much time to wait until the next bus arrives. We waited half an hour and could have walked 2 stops away in that time. Wouldn’t bother with this again in future.

  Really poor, please don’t book this. The majority of the route is closed so you just go round a ring road and see no sights. The commentary is very poor. Not worth a quarter of what wwe paid.

  We enjoyed this bus tour, it was easy to locate and the audio had a lot of very good information. I definitely recommend it as a great introduction to the city.

  Was okay. Didn't follow full route shown on map but did give us a good overall review of where things are in the city. We've used this in several other countries as well and been really happy with them.

  The bus hit many highlights of Sevilla. The guided narrative was helpful but was not always in synch with the location. We started at seats where the headset selection was not working and had to move. A portion of the route was closed so about 5 stops were missed but we did not learn this until after purchasing the tickets. It was difficult to identify the stops as they were not marked well. Overall a bit disappointing and too much money for what we received.

  Having been to a few countries and been on the hop on/ off bus experience each time , this time has to be by far the worse. We bought the tickets on line so we could print them off . However When we got to the bus we were expecting to be issued with a map so we could see where we were going and the route we were taking . But we got nothing other than the cheepest single ear phone for our audio commentary . First of all some of the sockets didn’t work . Then each time the tour guide picked up the microphone to announce some thing the loud , interference annoyingly came across through our ear piece. So not only did we not know where we were going. We were also left half deaf. Certainly not worth the money as I don’t feel I learnt one thing .

  I had an incident when it came to managing my tickets and Laura has solved everything and made my trip go as I wanted! The service is wonderful I would use it again!

  We were very comfortable on the tour, thanks to Laura who facilitated us at all times any doubts about the tour.
