  We received our ticket confirmation. On the day of, we had no communication about where to go or times. We ran around to iconic places thinking we would find the bus, no luck. Mind you it's Feb, 20' outside and snow everywhere. When I opened the link in the email, it said "error". I figured we would work it out at the bus. We never found a bus. I reached out to the tour operator 3 times that day and there was no reaponse. When we got back to the room we called Viator. They said all the details were in the ticket info. However I could get there because the link didn't work. Viator says they have to put in a refund request with the vendor and they would email me. We just got an email, not from the vendor, but from Viator that we will not be refunded. $100 gone. I am livid.

  We absolutely loved this tour. Given that we went in the off season, there are only 3 busses a day. We took the noon tour and stayed on for the full loop which was about 2 hours. The Tour guide Mashaal, was absolutely excellent and full of great city based information. The driver Fkrezhi, made sure we got around safely, even though the weather was horrible. All in all a excellent experience

  The bus is a 2 hour tour, if you get off at a stop you are stuck there until the next bus 2 hrs later. The commentary was monotone and not very entertaining. Wouldn’t recommend

  The tours guides were knowledgeable. The trip was worth riding around the city for the hour to find out the history of toronto. I would highly recommend this being one of the first events that anyone who visit takes. The hop on hop off aspect was also an excellent idea.

  I thoroughly enjoyed the City Sightseeing Bus Tour of Toronto! Our tour guide was fantastic, providing insightful commentary that made the experience even more memorable. However, I encountered issues with Viator's ticketing process. Despite confirming my booking, I didn't receive a PDF attachment or access to my tickets through the app. This caused unnecessary hassle when boarding the tour, as I had to visit the main hub to verify my purchase with a tour manager. To improve the experience for future travelers, I recommend that Viator resolves this ticketing issue.
