Hey! I want to express my sincerest thanks for the tour I was offered in Medellin. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to get to know the rich culture, art and history of the city. The guides were very knowledgeable and passionate, which made the tour even more exciting. I loved the variety of activities and places we visited, and the food was delicious. I arrived at the location 15 minutes ahead of time. Waited 30 minutes beyond the time they said they were gonna be there to pick me up. Tried to communicate with a person running the event and that person told me that they had already came by at an earlier time when I was already there and I told her that I’ve been here waiting so no they had not. She could not tell me a time when she would pick me up. I did not feel comfortable. If the event was this disorganized spending the entire day with this event and waste an entire day. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel and lost my money on this event because of their important communication.

We enjoyed this tour until we got to Commune 13, where we had to walk up a very steep hill, which we could not do. The rest of the tour continued while our guide called an uber for us. It would have been good to know that was part of the experience. The driver & guide were great. We really enjoyed Botero Park & the museum next door, as well as a typical Colombian lunch. It was unfortunate that we had to leave the tour early, and hope the listing is updated to show that steep walking is necessary.
