  We were told this was a private tour and specifically noted our mom uses a walker and we needed a car. They forced us into a bus that she struggled to enter and told us they would transfer us to a car at the first stop. No car was at the stop and they tried to force us to wait in a parking lot with no shade and extreme heat. We inconvenienced the bus your by refusing to wait in the heat until a car arrived about 40 minutes later. At the end of the day we found our driver had no credentials to return us to the cruise port. Many of the people on our tour told us they too had booked a private tour.

  bad tour. first it was really disorganised. the boss let some people from other tours to climb to our car and we gave them a raid because they miss the tour. and we had to wait in the middle of our tour for someone to pick the up and was a long wait. next the guides of the tour were two boys around 22 years old one was at the phone all tour long and the other was a nice person. the places we visist were the usual ones of the city. there was a part of the tour that it was a not nice part of the city just to see how they prepere yuca. in will no recomend this tour

  the tour operators were incredibly disorganized, people who had different tours in us and thought they were a private tours got on our bus, we had to make one stop to drop two people off, then there were three people who were expecting a private tour and they didn’t wanna stay on the bus we had to wait 45 minutes on the bus at some location waiting for their driver to come. our guides were lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend this tour operator. They were nice as could be, but they said they would make it up to us and they never did and it was just you know sad that the disorganization of the tour operators ruined the tour for us.

  Terrible , unsafe . A scam Do not book. Disorganized tour: late pickup, guide picked up later, unsafe vehicle. I felt unsafe and ended the tour early.

  The guide was very good and was the highlight of the experience. The problem was that what turned out to be a two hour tour did not warrant the 100 USD paid. We visited a Catholic church, a mosque which was closed that day, stopped outside the abandoned decaying Pyramid buildimg, and lastly an African village themed tourist shopping complex. I would suggest that you combine this tour with another offering such as a Banco National Park bike/rickshaw ride.

• Slow start, could be a bit more organized, but enjoyed the cathedral, mosque, and village visits.

  A bit more organization and time management would have improved the trip. Enjoyed the stops at the Csthedral, Mosque, and village (walk). Could have saved time and skipped the “museum/art exhibits”.

  Grossly overpriced and under professional. Young boy who is not yet experienced in telling a comprehensive narrative about his city. Would not announce where we were going, nor converse with the entire bus. I bailed early. Though partially the ships fault the tours embarkation chaos was a tormented mess.
