Booked: Small group tour. A large tour bus drives up. No compensation. Locations weren't the ripper either.

3.00The excursion itself was great and our tour guide was amazing. My only complaint/concern is how many people were crammed into the van. It was. 15 passenger van but space was not roomy so we were all cramped for 8 hours.. having so may in the van also created looking at the sites difficulty. The majority of the participants were older with some mobility issues. I would not take this tour again unless accommodations were changed.

5.00The guide/the driver (sorry, forgot the name) was an extra hospitable gentleman with excellent and and detailed knowledge about Long Beach and LosAngeles. We really appreciated his professionalism and for taking all the landmarks with proper explanation. Also thankful for organizing the tour in an irderly fashion. A BIG THANK YOU for him. 5.00It was a great way to pend the last day of our cruise holiday . With having a night time flight this tour was ideal for us . Picked up from the cruise terminal and dropped off at LAX . John our tour guide was so funny and informative, he made the day a lot of fun .

2.00Too much time on the bus: 6 hours on 9 hours excursion. No stops at the Coliseum, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica Pier. We never imagined the importance of distance.

4.00Our tour guide was very nice and accommodating. Would like to have heard more facts and less conjecture. Tour included all sites expected. Picked up at cruise port and dropped at LAX in plenty of time for our flight.

2.00The minibus was old, shabby and dirty. The driver (Gabriel) got very agitated and argumentative when questions were asked and all he seemed interested in telling us was how rich California is and how many military installations there were. He was also very opinionated and told us about his opinions constantly. We only got a short stop at the Griffith Observatory which was too short and a long stop at Venice Beach which wasn't a nice area. The driver almost drove off without two passengers and then told us if we were late back he would drive off without us. Mel's Diner was excellent as was the stop at the Chinese Theatre and we got dropped off at the airport in plenty of time.
