5.00Myself and my partner attended on Sunday the 26th of October 2025, whilst on a city break in the beautiful city of Rome. This class was a present for my partners 30th and it came at a surprise that it was just us in the class - this added such a personal and special feel to the experience. Michela who took us for our class was simply AMAZING! She was so detailed, helpful and informative about the pasta we were making but also the whole of Italys food culture. She answered every question we had and was happy to provide recommendations for places to go before leaving to go back home. We will always recommend friends and family to attend when they visit Rome. We can’t thank Michela enough. Thanks, Bryony & Jamie

5.00Francesca was amazing, and this was easily the best pasta we had during our time in Italy. The class was very educational, and receiving the recipes after the class was also amazing. We learned so much and had a blast!

5.00The experience and service was amazing! It it is true authentic Italian pasta making compared to others we have tried that were more touristy. It is also a small group, 2-5 people, which makes a great intimate experience. Definitely recommend!

5.00We did a private class for our honeymoon and it was THE highlight of our whole trip! Francesca taught us how to make a tonnarelli pesto and a ravioli with red sauce. She was a great teacher and made it so easy and fun. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00This was hands-down the best cooking class in Rome! Francesca was an incredible instructor—warm, funny, and so knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of making fresh homemade pasta and three delicious sauces, including the most authentic carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The experience was as enjoyable as it was delicious. Unlimited refreshments and wine kept the atmosphere lively and relaxed, making it feel like we were cooking with friends rather than in a classroom. By the end, we had mastered three different types of homemade pasta and paired them with sauces that we prepared ourselves under Francesca’s guidance. If you’re looking for an authentic Roman food experience, this class is a must. Not only do you get to eat some of the best pasta in the city, but you also leave with the skills to recreate it at home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

5.00We had a fantastic time Francesca was an amazing coach. Our food was amazing and so fun to learn how to make the dishes at home. We had a group of 7 with 2 babies and we were able to all make our pasta, have wine and enjoy the experience. 10/10!!!
