eight-day trip to Romania from 15 to 22 June. guide Cornelia Cocos. I thank Cornelia and Marco for making me appreciate the religious and artistic beauties of Romania. For having made appreciate the beautiful woods and well-kept gardens both public and private homes that soften the towns. For having solved with competence and kindness all the most disparate difficulties that arose during the holiday. Making in this way the holiday unique and unrepeatable. Our tour guide, Vlad, was the best! He is impressively knowledgeable and also funny. He truly knows his stuff. If you’re lucky, he’ll bring his guitar! The tour itself was incredible. We covered so much ground in Romania and saw the most amazing sights. UNESCO sites, old churches, important historical sites, and so much more. The days were full, but great. I learned and saw so much more than I would have had I not done a tour.

My teen son and I had a wonderful time on this tour! The other group canceled, so we actually got a private tour. Our guide, Marcel, did a fabulous job of explaining the scenery and culture of the country. He also had really interesting information about the different regions of Romania and how they have been influenced by the varying historical influences. I would highly recommend a trip to Romania, the group Rolandia and our guide, Marcel

We booked a private 8 day tour of Romania with Rolandia Tours and they did a fabulous job of making sure we had the best time ever!! They lined us up with a Tour Guide name Laurentiu. He was fantastic!!! He was extremely knowledgable of all the places we visited throughout Romania. It was all natural for him and it was not scripted and he knew the history of each sight. He was very laid back and was never in a rush. He had a great personality and a good sense of humor. He made our entire trip fun and interesting. He took us to all of the main sights on our itinerary, as well as some off the beaten path sights. We got a true understanding and feeling of what life in Romania is all about. The hotels they booked us in were all conveniently located to all of the main attractions and were all unique boutique type hotels. Lauentui knew where all the great restaurants were along the way and we ate like kings and the food was excellent. Romania is a vast and beautiful country. Everything ran smooth and was perfect. We had the best time anyone could ever ask for. We would highly recommend Rolandia and Laurentiu for all your travel needs throughout Romania.

Our guide Alex was fantastic. He has a great personality, a great depth of knowledge, and he is a master at finding good parking places everywhere we stopped. It really felt like taking a tour with a good friend and not just a tour guide. I highly recommend any tour that Alex is leading.
