Dismal experience I do not recommend it at all in the world ... before planning with them we asked all the things to be able to make a good decision with my Pololo since the tour was 50,000 for each , we consulted for the “soul” tour that was “pier of souls and swings of huillinco . We were told that the tour only left Castro so ... to be able to take the tour we had to be in Castro ... one day before the tour we arrived in Castro ... we paid lodging, we bought food , we paid for the tickets as the old tour left us far from Castro ... we arrived and we received a message saying that the tour was cancelled because “the guide got sick “ ... which did not offer a tour anything to do with the schedule ... and we refused obvious why it was not what we were offered ... we spoke on the phone and told him if there was another alternative to do the tour which they asked what day we had available ... and answered “Thursday “ why the other days we already have tour .... Answering already, perfect let you know if Thursday can be done.... Wednesday came... We insist why there was no communication signal from them.... Which they said clearly the tour is tomorrow Friday.... To the swings.... And which we claimed because we asked for the full tour “what offered swings plus dock” and they were offering only swings for 50 thousand per person. Which we claimed we denied... in total we lost 2 days of tour... the day they first cancelled and the day they were supposed to do the re-enlargement. After several claims they refunded the total money but we were left with the terrible experience of this agency 0 recommended, 0 serious, 0 committed and a waste of time.
