  I would not book this company ever again and you should not either if you are reading this review. There was an issue with the booking and the company assured me that they would rectify it and there was nothing else that we needed to do in order to secure our booking. We called and called back and received no response. Even though he was texting us and calling us just fine before that. He called and texted so much until he decided he wanted to keep our money and not provide any service at all. So, roughly $350.00 gone down the drain and a very distasteful and conniving experience. So, I hope the money was worth it and I hope anyone who reads this uses another service. We ended up using another company and very glad that we did!

  I had a wonderful experience with Selly, he was patient and a true gentleman from start to finish. He made sure everything was perfect and in tact. His work is flawless without any edits and that’s rare. He didn’t rush or limit me on poses or positions. He hit every angle effortlessly and made me feel comfortable and confident. He also gave me food and club recommendations during my stay. Both were top tier. I recommend his services to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos.

  Selly was amazing! I was definitely nervous to do the shoot and booked last minute but he made the whole experience great! As a travel agent, all my clients traveling to Turks and Caicos will be referred to Selly! Also, the turnaround time for photos was very quick!

  I’m writing to formally request a refund for the photoshoot I booked for a close friend’s birthday travel/celebration shoot. This was a highly anticipated, once-in-a-lifetime memorable experience, and the services delivered fell well below the standard advertised and expectations. First, the location was changed without any formal notice, no email, no call. I only learned of the new site when my friend reached the photographer by phone; which he had to provide specific redirection to our taxi driver. Just couldn’t image the thought of me being alone with all those changes in a foreign land. The replacement location was at the end of a dead-end road behind what looked like a closed/renovated building. It was extremely isolated, the beach was littered with debris, the water was murky, and there was inadequate seating for customers. Turks and Caicos offers many beautiful, well-kept beaches; this was not one of them. Operational issues compounded the problem: • The photographer was unaware that our group of six participants, not four, despite the 3:00 p.m. bookings. • Only one kayak was available for six guests and it appeared to be in poor condition. • The session felt rushed throughout; I did not feel treated as a valued customer. • Drone equipment lost battery mid-shoot, cutting into our time and options. Deliverables did not match what was promoted. The listing advertised two videos and a broad selection of images to choose from (TripAdvisor notes two videos and 10 edited finals). I am still missing one of the promised videos and additional photos, and the total number of edited images provided is fewer than advertised. Several shots were not suitably positioned and angled incorrectly, which reduced the quality of the final results. This experience was neither professional nor memorable. It did not reflect the package described at purchase and fell short on location beauty, quality, safety and readiness, communication, equipment, time management, and final deliverables. Given the above, I am requesting a refund: (1) undisclosed location change to an unsuitable site; (2) failure to provide the advertised deliverables; (3) equipment failure and rushed service; and (4) complete lack of proper communication. I am looking forward to hearing from a representative regarding this matter. Disappointed Customer

  Let me begin by saying this was one of the worst excursions I’ve ever experienced. My friends and I each booked a photo shoot excursion separately, several days in advance. On the day of the shoot, the location was changed last-minute, and I was never notified directly. One of my friends, who happened to be with me at the time, received the update, and only because of that was I able to make it to the new location. Upon arrival, the person in charge didn’t even know I had a booking. It took him a while to find my name in his system before he casually said, “Oh yeah, I got you,” and continued with my friends’ shoot. When it was finally my turn, he informed me that the drone was no longer working and that we would have to reschedule for the next day. I explained that I had paid for a car service to and from the shoot, and he assured me that, for the inconvenience, he would provide transportation the next day. The following day, I called and texted multiple times, but received no response. I later ran into one of his staff members, who was surprised the shoot hadn’t been completed. That staff member confirmed the photographer was at the same location we were at, but he never approached or acknowledged me. At 10 PM that night, he finally contacted my friend (the only person he would communicate with) and told her I could do the shoot another day—not the day originally agreed upon. I accepted, but told him it had to be early in the morning, as I had a flight later that day. He agreed to 8 AM and said he would send a driver. By 7 AM, I still had no confirmation, so I reached out again. No response. My friend contacted him, and he replied to her, confirming the time and location, but stated I would need to arrange my own transportation—he would reimburse the cost. I paid out of pocket again and made my way there. Despite agreeing to meet at 8:00 AM, I arrived at 8:15 due to traffic. My friend let him know I was running late, and he responded with a thumbs-up. When I arrived, the beach was completely empty. After a few minutes, he emerged from the bushes without a word, signaled "one minute," and began dragging a kayak out and cleaning it in the water. He fiddled with the drone for about 10 minutes while ignoring me. I reminded him of my tight schedule due to my flight, and he brushed me off, walked away, and eventually returned with a working drone. At this point, it was nearly 9 AM. During the shoot, I was placed in a cracked kayak, which made it difficult to pose safely—he even acknowledged the damage himself. The final result was extremely disappointing. The package promised two videos, but I only received one, which was just 15 seconds long and only included me for 4 seconds. I was told I would receive 100 photos, but I only performed about four poses, and all of the photos were duplicates—he clearly did not take 100 unique shots. To make matters worse, he failed to pay the taxi driver as promised, claiming he’d "send the money later." The driver, who had never met him before, was understandably upset. I ended up paying the driver myself to avoid further issues. This entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and quite frankly, traumatic. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone. Given the inconvenience, lack of professionalism, broken promises, and out-of-pocket expenses, I am formally requesting a full refund. Thank you.
