1.00Horrible service! Listen to all the bad reviews. My scheduled photo time was at 11 a.m. The photographer did not show up until 11:15. Not only was he late but the day of my appointment me and my friend saw that he had double booked us with another group of ladies he met the night before at club shisha. He tried to break us up by taking me first, the other party and then my friend. I explained that since we booked online the Friday before we will be going first. So not only did I have to deal with that delay but I did not receive all of my pictures or my drone video. I was suppose to receive 100 photos and a video. I only received 45 photos. I actually had to go through my bank in order to receive my refund! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

1.00They experience in its self was nice. The problem came cause i didn't recieve my pictures, and they stopped answering the phone,once I called them about them.

1.00Well you wasn’t able to have an experience because the rep I spoke to on the phone book our photoshoot for the WRONG country. They refused to us the funds they already received and scheduled us for the country we were in. Customer service was completely unhelpful in trying to resolve this matter. We still have not received a refund… WASTED HOURS OF MY VACATION TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE…

1.000 stars do not recommend. Order confirmed the day before but no one called or picked me up for the shoot. Bad Customer service. No phone number or email to contact company. This is a scam
