  The best company to make your dreams come true...choose PINNACLE!!! We wanted an adventure and they gave us everything we wanted. We thought we we're only coming to climb the Kilimanjaro but we ended up also finding another Family. Frazier as the Boss, the Guides, the Porters, the Cook and everybody else were absolutely amazing. Months before the Tour we got all the information we needed. Frazier had Packing tips, preparation tips, he adapted every little thing to our needs. We were able to ask him anything and everything at any time. Once we got going on the mountain we very quickly became more than a group, initially a good team and later on a tight family. Lots of cultural and native insights, lots of laughter and lots of compairing each other's home country. There was not one single thing that caused a problem and we always felt like we were in very good hands. Unfortunately my lungs gave me some problems after a few days and I was rescued from the mountain. Now here comes the thing that I didn't expect and I definetly am not used to from home. From the moment I landed Frazier was there to take care of me. He took me to the Hospital, organised and translated everything for me. He sorted the admin hurdles, got me a room, used his own money to buy me bedding, towels, 3 days worth of meals, toiletries etcetc. He never left my side because he said he was responsible for me. He never wanted any of the money back (of course I still gave it to him and more). The rest of the group made it to the summit and I was thrilled to see them a couple of days later. Summary: Fraizer and Pinnacle as a company will do EVERYTHING humanly possible to cater for your needs and make your dreams come true.   We hiked the Lemosho Route with the team from Pinnacle and realized our dream of climbing Kilimanjaro. Frazier had already taken the time beforehand to give us valuable tips and answer our questions. We knew we could rely on him and his team 150% every day. On the subject of team: I have never experienced such an extraordinary team! They looked after us super attentively every day. The food was just perfect! It is impossible to put into words what this team, which has been like a family over time, has done and done for us to fulfil our dream. Without our porters and guides, who motivated us every day and stood by us, we would never have made it. There really wasn't a single moment when we didn't feel perfectly cared for and taken care of. Another point that is very close to my heart is that the team is fairly paid and cared for locally and you can see that too. You should definitely take this into account when selecting your favorites! Frazier really cares deeply about his team. I can wholeheartedly recommend Frazier and the entire Pinnacle team!   Mariam and her team of porters, support staff and chef went above and beyond to make sure we successfully scaled Kilimanjaro. They provided assistance and encouragement throughout the entire journey. Hiking this mountain is no joke and Mariam's team is hands down focused on achieving your goal. Special shout-out to Suzan, Frazier, and Lilian, for the laughs, the encouragement, and the patience. Ladies especially, If you choose this team, you won't regret this challenging yet rewarding experience. You'll walk away having creating a new family and lifetime experiences.

  My wife and I had a great time on the 8 days Kilimanjaro Lemosho climb and 6 days safari following the migration. This was our first trip in Tanzania and it tuned out better than we thought it would be. Pinnacle planned and delivered perfectly. Our Kilimanjaro trip with Chief guide Abdul and his crew of porters, chef and his assistant Paul was full of many incredible moments culminating with our success at the summit. The safari in Serengeti with John our guide also very impressive. We saw 3 different river crossings. We were very impressed by the whole tour and will definitely return soon for a different experience.

  I highly recommend Pinnacle Adventures & Safaris for either a Kilimanjaro trek or a safari. We did the 8 day Lemosho route on Kili and all 4 of us summited. Our guides were excellent- very knowledgeable, caring, and a lot of fun. The equipment was excellent and our personal gear was well-cared for. Our safari experience was wonderful and the accommodations were awesome.

  Pinnacle adventures and our team lead by main guide Justin JT did an excellent job leading us tonthe summit of Kilimanjaro. Everything was very professional but also personal. They even went the extra mile and helped my son through some minor altitude sickness but got us to the top. Would highly recommend this company.

  From start to finish, Pinnacle were excellent. The preparations for our trip were clear, helpful - with the detail that we required and with all our questions readily answered. The trip itself was great - all support was provided to allow us to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro! We had excellent guides, fantastic porters (including Sam, who could miraculously fix broken sunglasses, trekking poles and head lamps half way up a mountain, in the middle of nowhere). All of the crew bent over backward to help us. They were all happy, helpful and made us feel very comfortable! To top it all, we had a chef who consistently provided wonderful meals, including chicken and chips at 4,300m and soups that tasted better than in top restaurants!! All in all I would strongly recommend Pinnacle Adventures and would be pleased to trek with them any time.

  Pinnacle is the best local tours for tanzania , I planned for kilimanjaro hike + safari . I asked Lidya (the office lady) last minute for my holiday arrangement they arranged it for me even betrer than i could imagine. Pinnacle have best guides for kili. I did finish my UHURU peak, my guide made sure I drink water on time, was with me always. It was fun. Safari guide knew about animal and the park very well. I got to see most of the animals very close. They are professional, have got good cooks, best guides and very strong porters .They even arrange free stay for you in case your flight schedule changes. I would definitely give five star. I recommend Pinnacle for solo travelers too.
