Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

2.00On the way in - I guess helpful to have someone just to follow through the airport so you don't have to think. On the way out - unless you are a heavy pre flight drinker I wouldn't bother. The security line was actually slower, the facilities weren't as nice as the actual airport and the food was TERRIBLE - really terrible. But if you have more than 2 drinks then you are ahead of the game I guess.

5.00Arriving in Jamaica was quick and easy from the moment we walked off the plane. We were greeted and walked through the airport and arrival process step by step until we were lead to the lounge. Our bags were checked and we enjoyed rum punch and some food. The wait for the bus wasn't too long which is good because the Arrivals lounge is a bit small and can get very busy. The departure lounge was much bigger and was super comfortable, food was great and the process was just as easy. I wasn't sure that the upgrade would be worth it initially but I am glad we went with it and avoided the stress. It was nice to have a comfortable place to hang out while waiting 3-4 hours for our flight. I will definitely get Club Mobay again.

5.00Excellent experience! The waiting area was clean, staff were attentive, and the buffet offered a variety of options for everyone. The bar staff was friendly and eager to serve your favorite adult beverage. Last year, we had a terrible meal and one drink at an airport restaurant, paying much more than in the Club. This was a 5-star experience!

4.00Price was well worth it. Used the lounge more on departure than arrival. Food was great. Only issue is there were no working outlets to charge devices.
