Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

5.00It's very relaxing, food was good, staff was attentive, and courteous. There. Multiple areas to sit based on your choice. The bar tender was very interactive, and interesting.

5.00Club Mobay is an excellent use when leaving Jamaica. As there is always a wait for the flight club Mobay ensures you are comfortable there is food drinks and very very clean.

4.00Arrival was excellent. Host was helpful and we processed through immigration etc. very fast and we were very impressed. Departure processing was good but unassisted: but still worthwhile. The lounge experience was awful. Not very courteous. No admission until 3 hrs before take off which was not stated prior. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours but we had no lounge access for the majority of that which defeated the point for us if paying for lounge access. No quiet space in the lounge when we were finally granted access and staff were not very friendly. Again, very different to when we landed.

5.00From touchdown and being greeted, through the entire arrival process our arrival was amazing. What took hours our first trip to Jamaica took minutes! When departing, not only the lounge was clean but the entire airport was great despite devastating weather. Staff at the departure lounge was friendly and our "walking bar" was intent on making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with had a smile and seemed to enjoy what they do. Will be back in April to go through it all over again and will continue to use Club MoBay in the future, along with recommending it to anyone traveling to Montego Bay!
