Club Mobay Departure Lounge
Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

5.00My experience at Club Mobay was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Donna. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such a warm and welcoming spirit. She whisked me through the airport like a true professional and got me through customs incredibly fast. When my luggage was delayed, Donna handled it seamlessly and kept everything stress-free. She then escorted me to the lounge, where I enjoyed a refreshing drink and a quick bite to eat which was exactly what I needed after traveling. Once everything was settled, she personally escorted me to my transportation. Donna was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She truly made my arrival in Jamaica smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and will absolutely request Donna again. Club Mobay is worth every penny because of service like this!

5.00If you aren’t using Club Mobay, you are missing out! We did not know about this option on our first Jamaican trip but quickly had it suggested to us by fellow vacationers. I will always be grateful for that! Wow, what a difference it makes. From arrival to this gorgeous lounge, it is well worth every penny. The hospitality is wonderful. The bar tender was fun and on top of everything! The entire area is clean, calm and comfortable. The food and drinks are delicious as well.

5.00The Mobay club was excellent. We were there on December 22, 2025. It has actually been remodeled since the hurricane. All the furniture and flooring is new. They also have a nice buffet area. There are different sections with multiple bars. We were in the section where the bar area was still under construction. I really liked that area because we could see outside and view the planes. We had servers that came to our table for drink orders. It was also very nice to be able to get through security faster. We had to use our ticket and go to the desk in the airport and they gave us a voucher with a QR code on it to show to the fast track security person. But it was really nice. We were there two years ago and it was outdated. But now it looks very nice. I would highly recommend it just for the fast track security. But the club is very nice and the food was very good and the drinks were very good. And everyone of course was wonderful. They also have an area where you can receive spa services for an additional cost. We didn’t have time to check into that.

5.00Great experience upon arrival & departure. Not quite worth the cost, however it is beneficial. The food offered in the departure lounge was very minimal. I do think the food selection offered should be based upon the time (I.e. offering breakfast, lunch, & dinner options). Offering patties, chicken sandwiches, etc at 6 am seems a bit heavy to eat that early.

3.00I splurged to use Club Mobay on our honeymoon. I was excited to surprise my husband with someone holding our names and guiding us through the process quickly but there was no one there. I had to go to the desk to find someone and they told me they thought we had come in on an earlier flight. I had triple checked I had put the flight number in the booking. I get we all make mistakes and it was a disappointing start to our honeymoon. We had to wait, but they did get someone to help us and she was friendly and helpful. On the way back, we enjoyed the lounge. It was comfortable, with good service and welcoming staff. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was definitely a more enjoyable place to wait for our flight.
