great value Guessing arrival and departing time saved had to be 3hrs of not spending that time in line at customs the lounge very comfortable and clean

We were not greeted at the plane. We had to search for assistance. When we finally found someone to assist us we were very very irritated, hot and angry because the rest of our group had left. We only had a few minutes to relax in the lounge.

It was nice with lots of fun, Nice food and a constant flow of alcoholic drinks. The only thing I would say is that as a single person the staff memeber seated me at the back of the lounge which made me feel isolated. I did advise him of this but he did not move me or try to identify a different seat for me, which i found very disappointing.
