My wife and really enjoyed seeing the country side with the water buffalo and cattle. Captain Loi was super friendly and his local knowledge of the sites we saw was very informative. The temples and war remnants was part of the reason I came to Vietnam. He took us to see how the traditional hats are weaved together and also a place where rice is processed. All of this was exactly what we were looking for. Lunch was excellent, we went to a place called Chopsticks, located in the outskirts of Nha Trang. The owner spoke English and was very chatty with us about different type of food.
