  I have enjoyed two classes with Gemma. She was very professional when there were many people in the 8am body bliss class. The session was superb and I had an excellent workout. I regularly attend a Pilates class on Thursday and Gemma has not taken the classes for sometime. It was a real treat to do a different and excellent session. Her instruction was superb and I found the breathing she suggested suited me. Also the music was a delight.

  Narayan was a great knowledgeable guide, professional and a good photographer!….he was pleasant and considerate with all the “girls”. We had a wonderful time in all the areas we visited….we definitely would recommend this tour!!!…Narayan, hope to schedule another tour soon!!! Thanks for the great experience you provided!!!

  

• A tour with no tourists - truly off the beaten path

  Truly an off the beaten path experience, we were the only tourists we saw all day. We were the only two people on the tour! The hidden waterfalls were very cool, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about Puerto Rico from an experienced guide, and sample local foods.

  This was the BEST excursion we went on while in Puerto Rico. Our guide Narayan was nothing short of amazing. First off, he picked up and dropped is off at out air bnb. Secondly, he was so attentive, very knowledgeable, and treated my friend and I like one of his own family members. Now the excursion is amazing, hot and cold spring, and seeing a vast majority of Puerto Rico. When I come back, will be doing the excursion again, just from how much I love and enjoyed it!

  

  

  

  

• Springs and great info

  The cold and hot springs were both a refreshing end to our week in NPR. Narayan (guide) was incredibly knowledgeable about PR and told interesting stories about a variety of aspects of PR - it made an already enjoyable trip even more so!

  NaRyan was amazing! He was prompt, courteous and was just and all around great Host!! He took his time and gave us a great tour of the Island and gave us some History as well, That within itself was well worth the experience! • Lack of due diligence made the trip a dud but food was good

  What was going to be a pretty awesome cold water springs adventure turned out to be more of a dud. Tour started off great with some tasty pork derived foods that we hadn't tried before and the food was delicious. Though tour operator was lively and fun, he hadn't checked the locations from after the storm so the cold water location was filled to the brim with sediment. The waterfall was nice but we couldn't swim or jump off the rocks or really do anything except take a few pictures (usually the water is really deep and can be jumped in from even the top of the waterfall). Because this was a letdown, he took us to a 2nd location to hopefully stand under a different waterfall but unfortunately, flash flooding crept up during our time we were there so we were only able to look from afar (great picture location though). Hot springs were working just fine, unfortunately couldn't enjoy it because of 10,000 mosquitos and gnats landed on us every second. Stopped for ice cream at the end but the drive was too far to do what we were supposed to that we didn't get to do. Tour operator really needed to check out the tour terrain and locations beforehand.

• Went to the pork highway, a waterfall, to the Coamo Hot Springs (a must visit) and lastly stopped in Caguas for a treat.

  Amazing experience!!! Our guide went above and beyond my expectations, taking us to unique locations and sharing his vast knowledge of the island. He personalized the trip really well, and he even added an extra stop to another beautiful location for us!!! I recommend this 100% to anyone staying in PR.

  Narayan was our guide for the day on our solo tour. Throughout the day he told us many interesting facts about the cities and areas we traveled through, including some history of he grew up and where his family is from/lives. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the day and provided assistance without having to ask. Narayan gave the vibe that he enjoys being a guide and sharing Puerto Rico with others.
