  Exploring Colombo in a tuk-tuk was more than sightseeing—it was a lesson in kindness. My driver, Rauf sir, turned a 3-4 hour trip into 8 without complaint. I was too captivated by the city’s beauty to notice time passing. Despite fasting, he bought me water when he saw me struggling with the heat. His quiet generosity reflected the warmth and honesty of Sri Lanka’s people. Moments like these remind me that goodness still thrives in the world.

  We took the evening tour. Started at Maritime museum lookout tower before ot got dark. Visited most famos places in Colombo and even were taken to some hidden spots we would never find . Excelent to get to know Colombo.

• Best way to see Colombo is on a Tuk Tuk

  Booking of the tour was seamless, we received direct communication from the operator about pick up location, direction, and meeting time after booking. Tuk Tuk is a great way to see Colombo and our driver Rasantha made the experience even better. Even though we arrived earlier than planned at the pick up point, he was there to greet us! We visited many places which would be impossible to do on foot. Tuk Tuk even beats a car ride since it can weave through traffic easily and practically park anywhere. We got along well with Rasantha from the start and had a wonderful time with him. He brought us two whole coconuts for beverage, gave us lotus flowers and candies. The itinerary was suited to us, with no rush or hurry, but yet, we saw so much. We experienced the vibe of Colombo, not just the tourist places. He was knowledgeable and spoke fluent English, and was attentive. Unfortunately we had to be back on our cruise ship on time, otherwise we would have loved to see more and have a meal with Rasantha. I would recommend this tour if you do not insist on luxury comfort on the tour.

  Customizable to suit individual wants and needs. Our driver (Chupta) allowed us to choose where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see, and made some suggestions along the way. Knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure we had a good time. Thank you Chupta!

• A fun and educational Tuk Tuk ride!

  Our outing with Wiser was wonderful from beginning to end. He was waiting at our appointed meeting spot when we arrived holding a card with our name on it as promised. In a sea of Tuk Tuk drivers, that was very welcome! He gave us a fascinating running commentary as he weaved seamlessly in and out of traffic finding the perfect spot in which to take photographs. We did not have 4 hours to spend as our ship arrived in the afternoon, so he was great about hitting the highlights and happily complied to our request to not waste valuable time shopping! In other words, he took us where we wanted to go and made great suggestions as to locations we hadn’t known about. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. A real professional!
