The driver will be available for daily trips and can adjust the itinerary as needed.

Drivers in Sri Lanka typically work for about 10-12 hours per day. However, it’s good practice to discuss specific needs and expectations with your driver to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding daily schedules and activities.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxis.

The assigned driver prepares the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for the journey.

After booking, passengers are required to provide their WhatsApp phone number for communication while abroad and to receive further details

Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.

The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.

Your driver will meet you at the Airport Arrivals Paging Board area, holding a sign with your name for pickup.

You will receive a WhatsApp message when the driver arrives at the hotel lobby. The driver will also notify the hotel reception upon arrival.

Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.

Should you encounter any difficulty locating your driver, please feel free to WhatsApp or call the provider contact number for immediate assistance.

The driver ensures a comfortable and safe journey, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations. The vehicle may be equipped with amenities such as air conditioning

One Way Transportation Service

One Way Taxi (Door to Door): The service can be extended up to a maximum of 12 hours, with an additional charge of USD 5 per hour for waiting time only.

Free Stop Wating: Meal breaks are free of charge, and each break lasts a maximum of 30 minutes (only for shifts longer than 3-8 hours).

Great 9 days trip around sri lanka with Lakmal. His car was always clean, he drove safely all the time and gave us great suggestions of activities. We ended up in restaurant a bit more expensive/ touristic for lunch that allow our driver to have his for free, which was not expected for us.

My partner and I had an incredible four-day trip with Anushka, our driver from MACK Travels, covering around 600km from Colombo to Sigiriya, Kandy and Ahangama. Anushka was the perfect host — always punctual, flexible with our plans, and happy to take us wherever we wanted, whenever suited us best. He offered great local recommendations along the way, which made our experience even richer. A particular highlight was seeing elephants near Sigiriya, which Anushka arranged for us, and the unforgettable 4am sunrise hike up Lion’s Rock. No task was too small — from recommending the best avocados from his favourite roadside stall between Kandy and Colombo to knowing exactly which restrooms were most convenient, Anushka thought of every detail to make our journey comfortable. He was professional, friendly and reliable throughout, and we couldn’t have asked for a better driver or guide. We’d highly recommend Anushka and MACK Travels to anyone visiting Sri Lanka — you’ll be in very safe and capable hands!

I am very pleased with MACK travel. We had Anushka as our driver for a four day trip (Colombo, sigirya, Kandy, weligama). He was excellent. Always on time, no fuss, didn't pressure us into doing things we didn't want to, and was a wonderful travel companion! He got up at 4am to take us up to sigirya rock and was out in the evenings taking us to restaurants and bars - what a guy. Would 100% recommend him (and MACK) again for anyone looking to travel around the country! 👌

We have just finished a 12-night tour around Sri Lanka, and our driver Lionel became our trusted driver, advisor and Sinhala language teacher for the duration. From the day he picked us up he was considerate, professional and a steady pair of hands on the steering wheel - the roads in Sri Lanka can be chaotic but we never felt anything but safe. While never pushing us to do anything we didn’t want to do, Lionel gave us some great itinerary options we hadn’t considered, and his advice meant we experienced some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Having shopped around before the trip, we paid a very fair price and would happily travel with Lionel again.

An excellent car service for our 2 week trip in Sri Lanka, in which we had 5 separate car drives around the country. Everything was incredibly well organised - with WhatsApp communication the night before each drive to confirm pick up time. All our drivers were very friendly and always on time or early.
