The driver will be available for daily trips and can adjust the itinerary as needed.
Drivers in Sri Lanka typically work for about 10-12 hours per day. However, it’s good practice to discuss specific needs and expectations with your driver to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding daily schedules and activities.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxis.
The assigned driver prepares the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for the journey.
After booking, passengers are required to provide their WhatsApp phone number for communication while abroad and to receive further details
Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
Your driver will meet you at the Airport Arrivals Paging Board area, holding a sign with your name for pickup.
You will receive a WhatsApp message when the driver arrives at the hotel lobby. The driver will also notify the hotel reception upon arrival.
Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
Should you encounter any difficulty locating your driver, please feel free to WhatsApp or call the provider contact number for immediate assistance.
The driver ensures a comfortable and safe journey, adhering to speed limits and traffic regulations. The vehicle may be equipped with amenities such as air conditioning

5.00Our driver Damith was absolutely awesome. He drove very safely and confidently, even on mountain roads around Ella. We traveled across Sri Lanka for several days - through the hills, national parks, and different regions - and Damith always knew where to stop, what to see, and what was worth doing along the way. He was super helpful, friendly, and always positive, making the whole trip easy and stress-free. I can honestly say he made our Sri Lanka experience much bette. Car was very comfortable, even with a lot of luggages, clean and with good A/C. Highly recommended!

5.00Anush was a very good driver and very friendly. we had him as a driver for 8 days while travelling through sri lanka from colombo to the heart of sri lanka and south to mirissa. He explained sri lankan culture to us, showed us around and suggested cool activities. it was a very good experience and we highly recommend! we would do it again, and of course again with Anush!:) Thank you!

5.00We did a two week trip with Lionel as our driver. It was an excellent experience. He was always on time and available. We communicated using WhatsApp and he drove safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend Mack Travels and especially Lionel. He looked after our young daughter very well and helped to lift our heavy bags into the car each day.

Car always clean, comfortable and with air conditioning. The driver, Lakmal, with a cautious and experienced guide, always available to meet the needs of the customer with great care and dedication to his work. Lakmal in the 6 days together immediately earned our trust and we considered him a friend more than a reliable driver. 5.00I had booked a 4 day trip in Sri Lanka. I did get picked up from the airport on the first day and got to the hotel, but unfortunately there were cyclonic storms and flooding all across Sri Lanka, so I had to cancel the rest of the trip. MACK travel refunded my money for the 3 days that I couldn’t use the car. I wish them good luck for a quick recovery from the floods and better times ahead!
