We chose this tour because it started at 9am and we had another tour planned for the afternoon and lunch between. A few days prior to the tour they notified me that the tour was moved to 10:15. Because this did not work I asked for a 9:00. After they said there was no 9:00 I requested a refund and booked with a more reliable company. Later, after I booked they offered a “9:15” but it was still later and I explained we rebooked based on the 10:15 which they said could not be changed. Bottom line we did not get a refund for the tour. Also note that this tour, unlike others, has a sorter cancellation window. They wait until after the window to change your tour. Bad business practices!

Marianna was a wonderful tour guide. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She moved us through the sites with ease. She gave us a detailed history of the ruins giving us a vivid picture of ancient Rome.

Great experience. Leo was excellent, patient, and knowledgeable. The tour starts in the colosseum and ends in the forum. You can stay there and explore on your own as long as you want. The group bypasses long lines and fast tracks through security.

Rome is crazy busy, and the Colosseum is probably the most packed. Book 3 days in advance and a guided tour is essential to learn about everything and also to jump all the queues. Our guide, Vincenzo was really funny and brought it all to life.
