1.00This tour was a total scam. The listing said they typically send the ticket through Viator messenger or email, but that never happened. Instead, I had to go searching for their office, which turned out to be up a hill from the Colosseum. When I finally found it, the guy just went on the government website, bought the regular ticket for about half of what I paid, printed it, and then gave me access to some random app for the audio guide. The whole thing took 30+ minutes, which meant I missed with my family. To make it worse, the app didn’t even work when I was on the tour. When I went back to show him, it worked inconsistently and he refused to give me any kind of refund. I’d avoid this company completely. Save yourself the money and just buy the ticket directly from the official site.

5.00Do as they advise except the offer to receive tickets on line before the day. Start to queue so you arrive 15min before your due time not a minute early otherwise you will be sent back. And when given the location to use to get onto the hill use it don’t follow the others, great advice worked like a dream

3.00We were given a specific location to meet, but there was construction and you didn't know where to go so we ended up walking about 10 minutes to the other side of the Colosseum. Also, we were late and we're not in the 30 minute window, and they almost didn't let us in.

5.00I was here last year with my wife and we did the tour with a guide. This year I visited with my daughter and did it with no guide. Get you a guide.
