Your trip will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment. The journey from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1,5 hours. Information about your pick up time you will get one day before the trip
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
Your visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum will begin with a visit to the Auschwitz camp, here you will learn about the history of the place with a local licensed guide. You will be given headphones to better hear your guide. In Auschwitz you will see permanent exhibitions and buildings. The tour lasts about 2 hours, then the driver will pick you up and take you to the next camp - Birkenau

5.00We had a wonderful trip- The trip was so well organised, from the moment of booking to the drop off back at our hotel door it was seamless, we were kept well informed with plenty of updates regarding the trip details. The driver Daniel Bara was so professional and friendly, he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, he picked us up at our location on time and for the whole day we knew we were in safe hands (big thank you to Daniel, he made the day so enjoyable and was great company) The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour perfectly. The guide at the salt mines was great too. I don’t think I could suggest any improvements, I will be recommending your company to my friend and relatives when they visit Krakow, we loved it, such a great experience. Thank you for organising such a wonderful trip. 🫶🙌👏.

5.00The first part was very somber, visiting the Auschwitz camps. The second part to the Salt Mines, was a great experience. However, the amount of walking and stairs involved in a 1 day excursion is hard going, if you have mobility issues. My feet were sore and swollen afterwards, it's a long day, 10 hrs in total... Definitely worth the visit though, but we'd probably do it as 2 separate excursion due to our mobility capability. The tours and staff were very good, very knowledgeable.

5.00Everything went smoothly. We received more information by WhatsApp before the tour. Our guides were very professional, their english was excellant. Our driver Jakub was perfect, so polite and helpful. Auschwitz-Birkenau was memorable and touching. Salt mine was so unique and massive. The hole tour was great experience!

5.00Absolutely a must do……. This is history we all must know and respects should be paid to those who lost their lives tragically at the camps. And the salt mine is unbelievable/so beautiful!! We loved it…… Jacob was our driver all day and he was wonderful! It is a long day and tiring, but so worth it!!

YOO ARE WELCOME IN KRAKOW went over and above to ensure we had the best experience and stress free day.The door to door pick up could not have been more prompt or organised. 5.00Communication and comfortability with transport was excellent. All drivers were courteous and sincerely kind. It was a lot of walking overall, however doing the combined tour was an efficient way to see both sites in one day. We would highly recommend this tour and its services.

5.00Firstly the transfer was spot on - punctual, clean & great communication. The tours were well planned out. The additional pack lunch was a must have. We end up coming out via the wrong exit at the salt mines (nothing to do with the company) but the driver drove around the town until he found us. IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! The tours were long but very informative and interesting.
