• Worst service ever. Avoid. Both Viator platform and Tour operator.

  No show. I don't recommend using this tour operator or platform. At the time and date the tour operator was supposed to pick us up, nobody show up. Contacting the operator was extremely difficult. They never respond via the Viator platform. No other way to reach the operator was available. If it's not because our hotel and our own tenacity to locate the tour operator, we would have paid for an expensive service (double price than booking directly in Creel) and no receive anything. Eventually I managed to find the tour operator via Google called, they had no record of our minute and they called last minute another third party to pick us up almost one hour after the appointed time. And the tour operator didn't even say sorry! Worst service ever.

  Martin i know is a very good guide although he couldn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish. We knew in advance and decided to go anyway. It was just him and us. A careful driver and very patient. We saw it all. We had to Google a bunch to figure things out but all in all successful

  This tour was amazing lots of things to see and a lot of walking We learn about the people living in this area. Our tour guide was Ricardo Bustillos a very knowledgeable and friendly guy He was awesome in explaining everything We give him a perfect 10

  Our guide who speaks fluent English is so friendly, and professional. We learned a lot about the culture and the Rarámuri indigenous people. Nowadays we can all get info from the internet, but gaining knowledge from our guide whose grandmother is a 100% Rarámuri is priceless. For us, it was a perfect day to tour around all the attraction points. Beautiful scenery and mild hiking, it was an excellent experience! Highly recommended. Yvette M.

  Our tour guide Martin was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and from Creel. The only downside was that due to lack of rain the waterfall was a trickle!

  The attention they give you from before the tour begins, during and after it is excellent. Recommended for all types of trips (family, business, couples). They treat you very well, they take you everywhere and they comply with their agenda, 100% recommended. The agency is 100% reliable, they are not scammers, we enjoyed the trip and we appreciate all the attention our guide gave us.

  Highly recommended the agency, Marcos was quite professional and above all very amale in offering alternatives and even additional information to make the tour as good as possible and accommodate our options. We traveled 6 people, and did the tour from Chihuahua, walking through Creel, visadero, canyon, Mennonites, cable car, ravines, etc. A great experience. The guides who assigned us, of the best, very friendly, talkative, and especially people who perfectly couple to the group they carry, really of the most recommended these people because to move and explain to us all was quite father.

  Last week was amazing, I had the opportunity to meet from Chihuahua capital to the Mochis with the best possible experience. The service was extremely good from the beginning to the end (VIP treatment always), the guides have extensive knowledge of the region and are always attentive to everything, they fit your needs at all times and it is so well planned that you can know the contrasts of all cultures and their inhabitants; each of the selected hotels are permeated by their own essence and therefore give you a new experience every time. The food is delicious at each of the stops and if you are later interested in walking the streets of any place is quite safe. We were able to meet Don Pedro and the guides Luis and Gil, all excellent people who made us feel safe and in good hands at all times. I definitely recommend them and when I have the opportunity again, I will take a tour with them again.
