3.00The Heineken experience was very fun! The 3 star rating relates to the Love boat trip thru the canals and the incorrect meeting place provided in the ticket link. The link boat group departs from several locations. The ticket provided a link which was a 30 minute walk from Heineken; the revised location was actually quick 5 minute walk. Please be aware that the combined ticket doesn’t specifically instruct you to take the Heineken tour first and it doesn’t provide the second boat location. We received the revised instruction by going to the boat tour office and rebooking.

1.00The Heineken experience is a must but your better do it on your own and the canal cruise was nowhere near each other and they put in a cramp ferry. Your best bet is to book separate so you know what your getting

3.00We arrived at Heineken and I couldn't access my tickets from viator to enter to the trip. Despite the staff from Heineken Flavia to mention a few, they also couldn't retrieve the tickets on my app or email nor had they any reference of the number viator provided. Flavia looked after us and the trip was brilliant. We sadly couldn't do the canal part of the trip as it was leaving from near central station, the other side of city and most likely face the same issues we had when entering Heineken experience

3.00Tour was really good but the booking confirmation was misleading said to meet at a meeting point. We walked 40 mins to get to it to be told to go straight to tour instead! Which then made us slightly late. The tour was good and the boat ride was good value for money.

5.00It is important to know that the two experiences included are not consecutive, as you have to move to the two pick up points and especially for the canal cruise it is useful to book the time slot in advance.
