We went on a full day trip- starting at a coffee plantation, then the amazing Poas volcano. After that we went to the animal sanctuary viewing beautiful butterflies, sloths, monkeys, toucans,snakes and the icing on the cake- the beautiful La- Paz waterfalls. Our guide, Jose Cotico was great! Informative and professional.

We took the combo tour and let me tell you it was amazing. Everything from the booking to the pick up and drop off was perfect. Our guide Adrian was one of the best tour guides we have had and we do alot of travel and tours. He was able to answer every question we had and treated us like friends not a customer. We had the best time. Everything was beautiful the waterfall was breathtaking annd the volcano was beyond spectacular and the communication between the booking process was great. Adrian we thank you for an amazing day spent with you. I highly recommend using Tico Travel.

The views were amazing, seeing all the animals was beautiful. Especially the butterfly garden. We’ll definitely be coming back and bringing more family. Jose Coto was our tour guide, he was awesome!

A jam-packed experience in the high altitudes of Costa Rica! Our tour guide, Carlos, took us through a journey of some of Costa Rica’s agriculture, flora, fauna, and natural sights. The tour was everything and more (with lunch included).

Can only hope you get Larry as your tour guide. A Tico to the bone with the heart of a teacher we learned so many things at each stop- coffee farm, strawberry tienda, Poas volcano, and La Paz waterfalls. Larry also provided the historical background of this beautiful country. The excursion was great, but Larry made a truly unique and memorable day. Pura vida!!

We had a package deal with Tico. Our itinerary included Arenal/La Fortuna, Monteverde and Manuel Antonio. Our week long tour was fabulous. Tico was able to customize the whole trip to our liking. Our driver & guide, Don Carlos, was amazing. He guided us with great food choices, incredibly knowledgeable about each region’s ecosystem, its vegetation and wild life. Our travel between regions was filled with fun and local folklore from Carlos. Our whole family had a very memorable trip, thanks to Tico & Carlos.
