5.00I’ve been booking my excursions with Rigo Travel Tours for about 4–5 years now, ever since I first discovered Rigo through a Facebook travel group. Every single trip to Puerto Plata, I reach out to him, and every single time, the experience is outstanding. This time was no different! We had a group of about 10 family and close friends, and we chose the ATV adventure. Hands down, this was the best ATV experience I’ve ever had—so much fun, exciting, and perfectly guided. Rigo was recovering from surgery, so his big brother stepped in as our tour guide. Even so, the service, hospitality, and care were exactly what I’ve come to expect from Rigo and his team: professional, safe, and a whole lot of fun. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with a big group, I can’t recommend Rigo Travel Tours enough. It’s always a 10/10 and the first call I make whenever I’m planning a trip to Puerto Plata.
