Cruise to Comino Island, Blue Lagoon & Crystal Lagoon
Join us for a scenic boat trip from Bugibba to Comino Island! Enjoy stunning views of Malta’s coastline, including cliffs, caves, and small islands. Along the way, see St. Paul’s Island with its iconic statue, and snap photos of beautiful sea caves.
We’ll stop at two amazing swim spots:
Crystal Lagoon – Only reachable by boat, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and trying out our three water slides (available June–October, weather permitting).
Blue Lagoon – Swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on the sun deck, or slide into the sea. You can also explore peaceful, car-free Comino Island.
Important: To get off at Blue Lagoon, Comino, book a free ticket in advance at blcomino.com.
On the return to Bugibba, enjoy views of Santa Maria pirate caves and the Elephant’s Head rock formation. Perfect for swimming, relaxing, and exploring!

5.00Brilliant day from start to finish. I would suggest getting there early to get a good spot on the boat. Staff are friendly and the drinks and food sold at a reasonable price. Boat and facilities seemed better than others around. I would highly recommend.

5.00nice experience. All things promised are done. Nice crew and great tour. Crystal lagoon swimming was a nice add-on. I did not know it also happens in Öay. 80s music was a cherry on the cake. I recommend the tour with confidence.

5.00Must do this trip!! Get there early to get a good spot to sunbathe.The boat is excellent with comfy beds and the toilets etc were really good too,no need to take food or drink it was all available at really good prices all you need is swimming gear,snorkeling if you want and a towel and suncream.The blue lagoon is stunning and you get plenty of time there, definitely get your land pass before you go to save time,excellent trip!!

5.00Lovely time - Blue Lagoon is VERY touristy, but still had a great time. If you want a sun-spot bed then you need to get there much earlier than the 30 mins before advertised is my advice, we arrived at 9:30 for the 10am boat and whilst we still got a bed in the shade, if you’re after a tan need to get there 9am minimum. If crowded areas with lots of selfie sticks is not your thing, maybe give a miss. For us though, it wasn’t an issue at all. When you get to the Blue Lagoon, the water is so clear, and to be honest if I were to do this again, I’d just stay on the boat. Would recommend when you get to Comino island to go off away from the main section and have a look around, the island is beautiful once you get away from the initial bit. Boat trip was fab, bar/snacks/food is so well priced and was great, we had a sunbed for us as a couple, stopped off at a bay for a swim after Blue Lagoon and had some lovely views. Worth doing 100%!
Nice excursion, but be careful: the reality is a bit less "wow" than advertised.

4.00We did this excursion to Comino / Blue Lagoon as a couple, and overall we had a lovely day. For about €30, the value for money remains reasonable, especially to discover these beautiful spots in Malta. The positive points are: * The staff was pleasant and the overall organization was quite good. * The departure was easy to find and there were no delays. * The landscapes are magnificent, especially the Blue Lagoon and the marine caves. * The morning time slot is clearly the best to avoid the crowd. * The boat was relatively clean. However, there are several important points to know before booking: The comfort on board is quite limited. The boat quickly becomes very crowded and people end up a bit on top of each other. Once settled on the sun loungers, it is difficult to move around easily on the boat because the passages are narrow. Also, be sure to read the notification received on the morning of departure: you need to book additional access online to be able to go down to the island. This is not necessarily very clear at the time of booking, and some passengers may get caught out if they do not check their messages before departure. Regarding the Blue Lagoon, we stayed there for about 3 hours, but time passes very quickly between the walk, the meal, and the swimming. The most beautiful spots quickly become crowded, even when arriving early. Another small disappointing point: some things are a bit 'overhyped' in the advertisement. The advertised underwater windows are quite small and not very impressive in the end. The same goes for the slides: it was indicated that there were several, whereas there was only one. Finally, it is stated that food and drinks are available on board, but it is not clearly indicated that you cannot consume your own food on the boat. Despite these points, we still had a good day and the landscapes are truly worth the trip. You just need to come knowing that the experience is more 'touristy and compact' than what the photos and advertisements suggest.

5.00The boat was nice, it has a water slide on board, a bar, two floors. Always exactly on time.
