Cruise to Comino Island, Blue Lagoon & Crystal Lagoon
Join us for a scenic boat trip from Bugibba to Comino Island! Enjoy stunning views of Malta’s coastline, including cliffs, caves, and small islands. Along the way, see St. Paul’s Island with its iconic statue, and snap photos of beautiful sea caves.
We’ll stop at two amazing swim spots:
Crystal Lagoon – Only reachable by boat, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and trying out our three water slides (available June–October, weather permitting).
Blue Lagoon – Swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on the sun deck, or slide into the sea. You can also explore peaceful, car-free Comino Island.
Important: To get off at Blue Lagoon, Comino, book a free ticket in advance at blcomino.com.
On the return to Bugibba, enjoy views of Santa Maria pirate caves and the Elephant’s Head rock formation. Perfect for swimming, relaxing, and exploring!

Sun loungers are free, but available on a first-come, first-served basis
Crystal Lagoon stop operates from June 1 to October 30, and only in fair weather
Captain may cancel or modify the trip due to weather or safety concerns
Routes, start/end points may change based on sea or operational conditions
Listen to onboard announcements or ask the crew for the correct departure times
From November to April, a large sailing catamaran may be used (no underwater windows)
The 5:00 PM Seabird tour is a shorter 4-hour experience

3.00Lot of delays with very slow boarding process. They had delays at gozo in docking This meant that the last part of the journey was in darkness The boat was very crowded But staff were good and helpful

1.00Impossible to contact local operator prior to trip despite multiple texts, calls and online messages. Told us about a hotel on Camino during the trip only for us to arrive and learn it has been closed the past 5 years. Advertised as able to use the boat as your base when on this island. However, it departed to Gozo with other passengers and when it came back, the bridge to the boat was raised so that would could not get back on until very shortly before departure. My mother was very cold. Not well stocked, no milk for tea. Very expensive for 30 euro to be left on the island for 4 hours when you consider the return ferry to Gozo from Malta is less than 5 euro per person and has indoor seating.

5.00It was a lovely day out, the views were spectacular, definitely worth it. The crew were very accomodating and explained everything thoroughly. Even in Dec the water was fine to bathe in.

5.00The trip was very fun. The guide showed us everything and we stopped at the most beautiful places, and he didn't hesitate to answer all our questions. The boat was very spacious and comfortable for the family. We had a lot of time to spend at each stop. We really loved it, although the weather was windy. Must do when in Malta.

5.00We went as a couple yesterday aged 32, was a really good day out informative and warm even in December had a go on the slide off the boat was great fun. We paid an extra 5 euros each to get a visit to Gozo also. The blue lagoon was stunning and the staff on the boat were great. If you decide to go to Gozo take some shoes and get yourself something warm to wear on the way home.

5.00Visited in mid November so the weather though it held up was windy. Regardless this was an amazing experience, friendly crew, nice clean boat.

5.00Great tour. We though a very good value day out at €26. All asspects were amazing and the crew was kind, and helpful too. Blue lagoon was beautiful even though the sea was quite rough that day. Santa maria bay was amazing and the boat time was fun. I'd recommend to anyone except those with small children as the boat is quite open at the sides. The bay we depated from is also in a lovely area and easy to get to by bus. Fun day out, would go again if we could!

5.00Perfect boat trip to very famous and truly amazing parts of Comino with lovely views to Gozo. Very comfortable sunbeds for everyone. The staff was great and very helpful. The top of the trip was a visit to all caves by speed boat 🚤. Finishing I can recommend this trip to everyone.
Amazing experience ever, never see such a clear blue water before. Water temp was ok still can swim
