Do not miss the opportunity to visit two countries and two lakes on a full day tour starting from Milan!
Firstly you will reach Como where you will have free time to take photos of this charming city and discover the Medieval city center.
Once in Tremezzo, you will begin an Exclusive Boat Cruise to Bellagio, called the “pearl of Lake Como”, thanks to our unlimited high-speed wifi you can make your video call in the middle of the lake!
During the 1-hour panoramic cruise, take your time to look around and see the harmony between nature and architecture. Drift past villas with their beauteous gardens amongst untouched nature.
Once in Bellagio enjoy some free time to soak up the laid-back atmosphere of this idyllic and relaxing place and to have lunch.
Your last stop will be the lake town of Lugano in Switzerland, where you will have free time to visit the city center and taste Swiss Chocolate.

For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
For safety reasons, due to bad weather or a water level that is too high in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat
We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
Please note that purchases over € 300 made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.
In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed tour departure, NO REFUND will be possible.
Please be informed that in case of any road closures, the route may be reversed
Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

5.00I really had a lot of fun. I was traveling solo but never felt alone. Please ask for Claire Malvoni to be your guide. She is funny and very knowledgeable. Fluent in English and Spanish. It made all the difference having her as our guide!

4.00A good trip given the price we 3 cities (two countries are covered). Our guide was very patient and gave interesting information with the right balance of quiet and talking. Two feedback points: 1) No WiFi or charging points on my bus, very disappointing. Glad I had my own mobile charger. This was wrongly advertised. 2) In the morning there were 5 coaches and unclear which coach to go to. Told by one guide not on their list so go to another coach. That coach had no idea what I was saying ? A different company. Luckily another tourist helped me and pointed out another coach to try. I found this quite disorganised and would encourage some sort of system (colours or zones?) or explaining at booking you've got to find your coach amongst 5 coaches where your name will be on a list so make sure you come earlier. It's a good experience to get a flavour of the coast but if you want a slow paced trip with more time, maybe cut out Lugano and focus on just the coast. Lots of traffic from Lugano meant we left 30 mins later than expected. Bellagio is lovely but it is very busy even outside of peak tourist season! Thanks

4.00Eleonora was a great tour Guide and gabe is a lot of information to enjoy the trip. The scenery is spectacular and we had a little bit of time in the cities. The bus was not 100% (mechanical), and we were a little insecure arriving in Lugano, but in the end it worked fine.

4.00We had an amazing time despite all of the challenges!! It was too windy to take any of the boats so we couldn’t visit Bellagio. However, thy did replace it with Menaggio which was delightful and we found the splendid Grand Hotel Victoria whom we had lunch at and fell in love with. We can’t wait to return!! Lugano was gorgeous and we loved the cafe scene there. Great chocolate!! Como was nice but we were there early and it was so windy we really couldn’t explore as it would have required winter coats. The only issue is the tour was overrun with obnoxious American students on their spring break. I was so embarrassed to be an American. These kids were inebriated and drinking from the bottle while touring and publicly urinating on the streets when stopping. Yuck!! The poor tour guide and driver couldn’t keep up. If not for them it would have been 5 star. They shouldn’t have allowed a large group of 25 students on a tour with other tourists.

1.00Many things You changed the departure time from Milan 3 days before the trip to become 7.45 which was too early for me, the problem is I was there 7.35 and it started to move like 8.45 which is more than on hour late and when I complained they simply said that time has changed to be 8.30 !!! Second thing we failed to ride the boat as they claim due to weather which was for me the most important part in the trip Will never try it again

5.00We loved this tour! Our tour guide Kevin was very informative. The bus was comfortable and we were allowed plenty of time in each location to explore. It was the highlight of our visit to Italy!!
