5.00Our continental divide tour was simply amazing. Yam was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the area. We loved to hear about the history of the small towns. We never felt rushed, Yam let us explore the areas as long as liked.

1.00We booked the 5 hour continental divide tour with Breck Adventures through Viator 3 months in advance. We had the entire day blocked for this tour with no other plans. Each day coming up to the tour we received countdown emails to our trip. As we were getting ready to go get picked up the day of our tour we receive an email from Viator which is attached, one hour before the tour start that the operator canceled the tour. No phone call, no notice and no reason or apology. I even reached out to the owner directly and received no response. Yet the owner told Viator he cancelled the tour due to “roads being closed” which is a lie! Now we were left with no plans and a full day wasted on our vacation. Avoid this dishonest company at all costs..

2.00We took this tour on Monday. Within five minutes of picking us up, the Tour Guide started discussing the war in the Middle East and a detailed discussion of the Koran. Later in the tour there was the discussion regarding gun control. He was the kind of ultra opinionated person who is NEVER wrong because he knows it all. I did not travel to Colorado and spend a day on this tour to discuss politics, religion or gun control. He also laughs at his own jokes. In twenty plus years of extensive travel, he was the second worse tour guide we have ever experienced. We should have demanded a refund or refute the charge on our credit card, it was that unpleasant. It is a shame the Tour Guide has not been called out before but he does know the region well.
