You will learn how to cook real khachapuri "Ajaruli" according to an old recipe of the families in Ajara (Georgian region). It is famous Georgian cheese pie with egg yolk in the center. You will make the true Ajarian khachapuri under the guidance of our cook, and also you will make Georgian dumplings - "khinkali" in style of local highlanders. During the class you will hear interesting stories about Georgia, its culture and inhabitants.
Of course, after the class you will enjoy the meal you cooked, with a glass of delicious homemade wine (included in the price).

5.00The hosts are very fun loving friends who welcomed us as if we were part of their family. We will remember the few hours we had with them as a highlight of our visit to Georgia. The dishes we made were seasoned with story and tradition, making them all the more delicious and authentic.

5.00Very friendly and kind hearted people leading this, and the group setting made it fun. Although, the address is incorrect on Trip Advisor and in the confirmation email. For some reason the Bolt (taxi app) doesn’t understand the address and takes you to the edge of Tbilisi instead.

5.00I had the best time with the hosts and small group. They provided wine and beverages. Both ladies were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire class. Autehbtica hands on cooking class. I truly enjoyed learning from them and the overall experience. I would highly recommend to others.

5.00We had this class on a cozy rainy day, and the atmosphere couldn't have been more perfect! The group was a good size (6 people minus the chefs), was held in a charming and homey building, and we enjoyed good wine and great food of our making. We were joined by friendly people and guided by two lovely chefs who were as encouraging as they were passionate about their craft. Highly recommend!

5.00This is a MUST, these ladies are fantastic and hilarious. I definitely learned how to make Khinkali and Khachapuri but had no idea I would belly laugh while doing it! The space had AC, during August and it is necessary. Highly recommend !!!
