A food exprience with two young boys with a passion for food and their land. The cooking classes begin with the harvest in the garden, then in the kitchen with Marco and Tano you make pizza dough and much more, finally you taste everything on the terrace accompanied by a glass of wine and limoncello. The lessons are private and the guests have the entire villa exclusively.

5.00We surprised my wife on her birthday with this amazing experience in the hills near Ravello one of the most beautiful towns on the Amalfi coast. First off the Villa was even more beautiful than I imagined. The attention to detail in the gardens and the space designed for cooking was incredible. They have made every effort to make this the perfect setting for the most unique cooking experience I have ever had. And then there was the experience of starting in the garden and learning about the cultivation and harvesting of the ingredients to be used and how important sustainability and the choices to be made based on the seasons of the harvest. Very interesting and informative. Tano and Marco are both passionate about this message and driven to enlighten and encourage others to follow their lead for a better world. They are also master chefs and demonstrated techniques in cooking that educate you in the craft. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to experience something truly unique and interesting. Grazie Tano and Marko!

5.00We were in Ravello on our honeymoon and lucky enough to book this cooking class with Marco and Tano. They are INCREDIBLE! From the minute you step foot on the property, they greet you and give you a tour through the gardens. They make it feel like you are extended family in their kitchen the entire time. This experience was a highlight of our entire trip, and we have carried much of what we learned from Marco and Tano into our daily lives back in the states. You will not regret this experience, it truly is one of a kind!
We went here for our 25 year wedding anniversary and had the best experience and memories that will last forever!

5.00We had the most incredible experience at Marco e Tano in Ravello during our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, Marco and Tano made us feel completely welcome and at ease. The cooking class was not only informative but also incredibly fun—we even got to visit their family garden to pick fresh, seasonal ingredients for our dishes. We went hands-on with traditional Italian recipes and learned so many tips and techniques, including which fruits and vegetables are in season, how they’re grown, and the best ways to select and use them in cooking. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the Amalfi Coast that made the whole experience even more magical. Marco and Tano were patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, making every step enjoyable and easy to follow. By the end of the class, we had prepared a delicious meal that we proudly enjoyed, paired with local wines and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It was the perfect combination of culture, food, and romance—truly a highlight of our honeymoon! We can’t recommend Marco e Tano enough for anyone visiting Ravello—this is an experience you won’t forget!

5.00This was hands-down one of the best days / experiences I had in Italy! Wherever you’re in a small or large group, Marco & Tano create a warm, welcoming and authentic Italian experience. From walking the gardens and picking fresh produce, to the step by step instructions and guided experience, every moment of this day was extraordinary and special. And the food — INCREDIBLE. The flavors were incredible and you felt so proud of everything you created. I highly highly recommend booking this experience!

5.00As others have described, we had a wonderful experience. Our family of three were the only participants on the day we were there, so we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are truly beautiful and we enjoyed the tour and picking fresh ingredients, while learning a bit about the Italian culture and history. Both Marco and Tano were gracious and friendly and were great hosts. We made ravioli, eggplant parmesan and lemon pie for dessert. Making and rolling out the pasta was really fun and we learned a few tricks, too! Their ice cold limoncello was the bomb and a great way to end our meal. Their outdoor seating area is gorgeous, and the view of the valley below them is terrific. We were very pleased with the experience and recommend it to others.

5.00We had the absolute BEST experience with Marco e Tano! From start to finish we felt welcomed and comfortable, they are both so kind and love what they do. The farm and location is absolutely stunning, and of course the food you create is truly delicious. We learned a lot especially about making pasta, and are inspired to take some of our new skills home with us! Really a one of kind experience, very personal and memorable. Thank you!

We made ravioli, eggplant parm, and lemon tart using fresh ingredients straight from the property—it doesn’t get more authentic than that! Seeing where the food came from and learning from chefs who are so passionate about their culture made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We left inspired, full, and so grateful. Highly recommend!
