It is often prepared with the addition of minced onions, garlic and, depending upon regional variation, ground ginger or chopped tomatoes and chili-peppers. Shiro is served atop injera. • Agelgil - a dish that is a combination of a variety of Ethiopian food, served with a traditional server called Agelgil. (it also has a vegan choice). • Shekla tibs - Cooked Meat served with a special serving pot. • kitfo - minced meat made the Ethiopian way with spice and other choices
