Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.

Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.

Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.

After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

Note: We can cater to vegetarian & dietary requirements

    What a great way to spend an afternoon. So well planned from the pick up to the drop off. Loved the time on the river in the bamboo basket and the cooking class was terrific. Lily organised and explained our cooking process and we were very involved in the preparation. When we sat down to eat it was delicious. Highly recommend.

    We first went to a local market but didn't purchase anything as it was the afternoon. Then we did basket boat which was fun and I got to throw a fishing net. The cooking class itself we were expecting to do a little more cooking - a lot of the dishes were pre-cut / cooked by them while we focussed on certain aspects of the meals. It would have been nice to do fewer dishes but do them in entirety. It was a cool experience to flip the rice pancake and see the fire from cooking the shrimp / chicken nonetheless. We also met a lovely couple on the class who we went out for drinks with afterwards so bring a positive attitude and you'll have a great time!

    This was a great experience to learn about the food of Vietnam and create some easy and delicious recipes. Chef Hai Hi is a very warm, hospitable and knowledgeable host and teacher. We had lots of fun and enjoyed the experience greatly.

    Excellent value for money. The market is so interesting. Then the boats, which are lots of fun. They explain what is paid for and if you want spinning it’s more. The cooking class was excellent, so much food! We had a great morning and Hai Hai was a brilliant teacher. Yes chef!!
