Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

5.00Hai Hai was fabulous. We made a delicious meal. He carefully described all the ingredients and patiently showed us how to make spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes and chicken. We were fully satiated and the portions were generous. I recommend this excursion-fun and educational experience. The kitchen was very clean!!!

5.00Really enjoyed our experience with Hoi An cooking class. Our chef Hee (Hai Hai) was very thorough and explained every step really well, with demonstrations. The entire day was very well organised from pick up, to local market, to coconut boats to the restaurant. A great day out if visiting Hoi An!

5.00"Fantastic Experience!" A perfect half-day tour. From the bustling market to the spinning basket boats and the hands-on cooking, everything was seamless. The instructors was brilliant and the food I made with Chef Hai was incredible. Thank you Chef Hai. 5 stars!

5.00What an amazing experience from the basket boat ride to walking through the local produce markets and finishing with a cooking class and eating a delicious meal.. Hai Hai was very entertaining, and charismatic... He made us feel at home while sharing his culinary skills with us... It was a very enjoyable morning..

5.00The tour is split between the coconut village and cooking class, so have in mind that it won't revolve only around cooking. Some meals are made from scratch, while others are prepared by the guide/his support, and attendees just finish them. All in all it was a really fun and relaxing activity.
Would recommend! So much food and the boat trip was definitely a highlight!! Great day out with lots included.
