Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

5.00Excellent tour with a wide range of interesting activities! The basket boat was fun and relaxing, with an opportunity for some crazy adventures in a spinning boat. The local food market was amazing! We’ve seen hundreds of vegetable markets, but never one with so many fresh fish. And, of course, the cooking class was excellent and very engaging! We got to try our hand at everything, and the end result of all our learning was a delicious meal. Our guide, Haihai, was wonderful. A friendly host, talented chef, and great teacher.
Definitely worth it!!!!

5.00I had such an amazing experience! The chef was very knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt comfortable the entire time. We started the day with a peaceful basket boat ride gliding through the water surrounded by coconut trees was so relaxing and beautiful! I even got to try traditional fishing, which was such a unique and memorable experience. Afterward, we stopped by the local market to pick out fresh ingredients for our meal. The energy of the market was incredible & full of color, friendly faces, and delicious local ingredients. Then we headed to the cooking class, where we learned how to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes in a beautiful, open-air kitchen with the most calming and peaceful view. The food was absolutely fantastic so fresh, flavorful, and full of love. From the boat ride to the cooking, every moment was unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Hoi An! HiHi was awesomeeee! I’d come back and do it again!

5.00This was a very nice tour! Buying and cooking the food was fun and it was delicious! The basket boat was easy and the ferns over the water made it feel very mysterious and tropical. Our guide, HiHi, was great also. He was a great teacher and was very personable.

5.00Great experience- the pick up was really easy and the boat tour was very serene with the option to be spun. Fishing was not exactly as advertised but you are given a piece of bamboo to put in the water and vaguely poke crabs with. Cooking class was excellent, really fun and absolutely delicious. Would 10/10 recommend
