Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.

Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.

Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.

After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

It was a very good experience. We went to the market first for some shopping and then we went to the basket boats. This was fun but had nothing to do with the cooking. Then we cooked three different dishes. The directions were clear and easy to follow. A really fun experience. Recommendable.

Great morning out. Well thought out, professional and fun. Did the boats first before it got too hot. The covered outdoor cooking school was spotlessly clean. The menu was perfect. You will go home happy and full. The chef/guide works super hard to make sure everything is perfect.
