We will be in the kitchen of our family restaurant, which meant a lot to us. in the historic center of Cartagena, a kitchen with music, air conditioning, and we have decorated with photos of all the people who have visited us as a way to remember our friends all over the world. In this kitchen, not only is cooking, we also dance once when (our chefs also know how to dance a lot!)

For more than 2 hours we will be in the kitchen of our restaurant located in the heart of the historic center of Cartagena with two professional chefs, we will share our cooking techniques and the stories behind the recipes and ingredients. we will get down to work with aprons and hats! the first thing will be to start preparing the coconut rice from scratch (which we will use for the service of the restaurant), then prepare the crunchy patacones, then the drink typical of our city called panela water, then prepare the most typical fish of Cartagena: Mojarra roja al papillon (a recipe loved by our ancestors), then while we wait for the fish is ready we can dance for a while the typical music because our chef loves to dance! then we will start with the empanadas preparing the dough and the fillings and at the end we will eat everything prepared in the restaurant while we share our cooking experience and get to know each other better!

5.00I had such a wonderful time at the cooking class, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Astrid and Danna were fantastic instructors who made learning a traditional Colombian dish both fun and engaging. The atmosphere was festive, welcoming, and full of great energy. The meal we prepared was absolutely delicious and a highlight of the experience. I will definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and flavorful holiday activity.

5.00Lot of fun, local instructors in a local restaurant. We were able to walk to the restaurant from our hotel. Got there on time and the class started soon after it was proximately two hours and We got to eat what we prepared.

5.00We had a great time with the chef and host! They were so warm and friendly. The food was so delicious and I just hope I can replicate everything at home. I would do this experience again if ever back in the area.
