We are a family of three, including our 6 year old daughter and we all had a blast during this experience! The fruits and veggies from the garden were so fresh and delicious! Carlo’s hospitality is amazing, and he was so kind and helpful in showing us how to prepare the dishes. For our group, we made cannolis and Pasta Alla Norma, both were so delicious! Highly recommend booking this!

Cooking with Carlo was FABULOUS!!! It starts with a walk around the family farm, with all fresh vegetables and a mandarin orange orchard. They use all homegrown ingredients from the tomatoes to the spices and it has a spectacular view of the ocean and Palermo. We made pasta and cannolis and it was delicious. We HIGHLY recommend for anyone who loves new adventures!!!

An exceptional trip - Carlos is a great host and chef and we had great fun making pasta and cannoli! We really enjoyed the experience and we got to eat the delicious food! Would highly recommend.

Do not miss this cooking experience! Carlo is incredible and his property is the perfect location to learn cooking and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. His garden is incredible and my husband and I look forward to bringing our whole family the next time we visit Palermo.

Cooking with Carlo is a must on the to do list in Palermo. Carlo and his wife have created a beautiful home and experience. Touring the garden and hearing the stories of their families was beautiful.
