What To Expect

What's the best opportunity to fully enjoy Sicily? We will prepare fresh tagliatelle with pesto from my garden (or alla norma) and typical Sicilian cannoli, starting everything with an aperitif with local products. I will therefore show you the secrets and recipes handed down by my grandparents in their ancient bakeries. Everything will take place in my house immersed in the Conca D'Oro and overlooking the beautiful city of Palermo. You will comeback home with a treasure of flavors and recipes handed down over time.

The experience was fabulous. Everything from start to finish was amazing . Carlo is a wonderful host and chef . He made the experience so easy to learn the recipes and be able to do it back at home . Chefs kiss ! The scenery of his property is stunning . It was so much more than a cooking class . Top notch !

This experience was PHENOMENAL. From booking to leaving the experience. It was advertised well and even exceeded expectations. Carlo and his wife are very organized and we enjoyed walking through their extensive garden and learning about the produce they grow. Then, we even got to pick some and cook with it! The pasta and cannoli making was clear and fun. Carlo is a fun, approachable, and amazing chef. Not to mention the food was amazing. Hospitality all around - even little details (aprons, taking pictures, place settings). Would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a cooking class in Palermo. His property has the best view and sunset. We stayed in city center so it’s worth the journey a bit outside city. Carlo and his wife even helped organize a car. A for sure highlight of our 8 day Sicily trip! I am envious of anyone who gets to eat the fresh cannolis. We have tips to make at home.

This cooking class was exceptional! Carlo’s home and garden are beautiful. Each course was delicious & we even got to cut our own Basil leaves before hand making the pasta. He even sent us home with leftovers. Highly recommend this tour!
