5.00Mina is an absolutely amazing teacher!! We spent our time making fresh eggplant Parmesan, Gnocchi, & Tiramisu on her family’s farm! She gave us recommendations for good local shops in Sorrento as well. I highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys learning how to make local cuisine:)

5.00We had an amazing time cooking with Mina in her beautiful garden. She showed us around the farm and the stunning view of Sorrento! The food was the best meal we had on our trip: eggplant parm with their family’s recipe, handmade gnocchi, tiramisu, and lots of wine and limoncello! Mina was the absolute sweetest and we had great and fun conversation with her. They gave us fresh oranges from their garden and chocolate to celebrate Easter! This was truly the best activity we did during our week long Sorrento trip. Highly recommend!!

5.00My husband and I had a great time cooking with Mina! She made us feel very welcome and was patient with us as she walked us through making the dishes. Everything was so tasty! In addition, the communication with Mina about the class was seamless. She had someone pick us up and everything ran right on time. If you want an authentic Italian cooking class you should book with Mina!

5.00Our cooking class with Mina was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy! She is a fabulous host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. My husband and I both agreed that the meal we prepared together was the best food we’ve had all week. Mina was able to accommodate our food allergies and picked us up from our hotel. It was an unforgettable, authentic Italian experience!

5.00A friend and I were traveling to Sorrento, and found Mina online because she had gluten free options available! I'm celiac, and vegetarian, so I was concerned it would be hard to find something. However, from the first email exchange Mina was so thoughtful and willing to adapt our menu so I could cook and make gluten free pasta. Unfortunately, my friend ended up getting sick, so I had to go solo, but again Mina was kind enough to adapt and was excellent company as we cooked together. The garden kitchen is a beautiful spot to cook! Everything is so clean and well placed, every detail well though out. I can't express enough how much you will enjoy Mina, her outdoor kitchen and her amazing cooking!
This has to be the best cooking class in Sorrento.

5.00Mina is knowledgeable, kind and fun! Husband and I were the only two in the class ( end of season) , so we had a private lesson. Tiramisu, Eggplant Parmigiana and Gnocchi! I can hardly wait to try making these once we get home! Would highly recommend!

5.00An enormously cozy experience to visit Sorrento Garden Kitchen! We learned how to make 3 delicious dishes while white wine was served along the way. We were driven back and forth to our hotel, and communication with Mina before the course worked impeccably. We had the company with the other guests, and we ended the evening with a homemade limoncello! I would definitely recommend the course if you are visiting Sorrento!
