A friend and I were traveling to Sorrento, and found Mina online because she had gluten free options available! I'm celiac, and vegetarian, so I was concerned it would be hard to find something. However, from the first email exchange Mina was so thoughtful and willing to adapt our menu so I could cook and make gluten free pasta. Unfortunately, my friend ended up getting sick, so I had to go solo, but again Mina was kind enough to adapt and was excellent company as we cooked together. The garden kitchen is a beautiful spot to cook! Everything is so clean and well placed, every detail well though out. I can't express enough how much you will enjoy Mina, her outdoor kitchen and her amazing cooking!
This has to be the best cooking class in Sorrento.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Mina was very welcoming. We had a wonderful time and learnt so much about cooking Italian food. Highly recommend this to others.

Mina is knowledgeable, kind and fun! Husband and I were the only two in the class ( end of season) , so we had a private lesson. Tiramisu, Eggplant Parmigiana and Gnocchi! I can hardly wait to try making these once we get home! Would highly recommend!

An enormously cozy experience to visit Sorrento Garden Kitchen! We learned how to make 3 delicious dishes while white wine was served along the way. We were driven back and forth to our hotel, and communication with Mina before the course worked impeccably. We had the company with the other guests, and we ended the evening with a homemade limoncello! I would definitely recommend the course if you are visiting Sorrento!

It was a very pleasant evening. We were in an outdoor kitchen prep area on a quaint property where all ingredients came from their gardens. It rained during our class, but we were under a protected pergola so we were fine. We made eggplant Parmesan, tiramisu, and gnocchi. I don’t even care for eggplant Parmesan, but this was really good (guess it helps to know how to properly prep the eggplant), I ate the whole serving! We participated with one other couple, so it was a small class environment. Note: pick a convenient meeting place (we picked a nearby supermarket). The “road” to the class location is a little bigger than a U.S. sidewalk. We were picked up in a small fiat and the drive to the location will only accommodate that size car, but it’s really quaint and nice. Enjoy!!

This was an amazing cooking experience with Mina in a beautiful garden. She is a very talented chef and an amazing person! I learned a lot and will definitely try to cook the dishes we prepared. Mina and her family was very accommodating with our transportation. Will definitely be back!

Arianna and her family were fantastic hosts! We had a great time walking through the garden and preparing our meal together. The best food we’ve had and with the best ingredients! It was a warm and fun environment, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic cooking class experience. Transportation was a breeze as well and they were so accommodating meeting us after class because we forgot to grab our leftovers! 10 out of 10!

From the moment we connected, they treated us like family. The girls are so friendly and helpful. We had such a happy and fun experience. I cannot recommend this experience more! And Nona’s Lemoncello! OMG!
