With the help of your native host, we will guide you into an adventure like no other. We will host you in our family farm Tomas where we grow and produce all the quality local products.
We will visit our garden and pick fresh vegetables for delicious meals, go select wines in our cellar and from our mill we will take olive oil that will make every dish special and healthier.
We will spend amazing time together while learning something about the best cuisine in the World and we will enjoy in abundance of quality and homegrown, organic food.

Mediterranean cuisine is one of a kind and our tradition is connected to the sea where we catch fish, and the land where we grow vegetables and fruits. It is also important to have knowledge of recognizing healthy and tasty herbs. All of them mixed together gives us wonderful colours and aromas, a real taste of island Brač. Experience the local way of preparing meals with us. Get up early and come to our fields of tomatoes, paprika, cucumber, eggplant and other great local products of mother earth, and pick what you need for the cooking class. Walking through the olive grove, we go down to the vineyard and choose the perfect wine from the cellar for our lunch. On the terrace above the vineyard, we continue socializing while preparing simple homemade food from local ingredients. In a great atmosphere, learn how to prepare our traditional tasty meals and enjoy to the fullest with all your senses the dalmatian cuisine.

5.00This experience is much more than a cooking class, it's an all-day immersion into the lives of a local Croatian family who has built an amazing, sustainable farm and winery. The day started with an entertaining, nearly off-road ride to the farm where we learned about vegetable harvesting and then proceeded to pick the vegetables for our meal. We then made our way to the open-air kitchen which overlooked the winery, where we drank their homemade wines, tasted homemade prosciutto and local cheeses, and together cooked a wonderful meal. The menu might've seemed simple but showcased the cultural tradition of coming together over food and included lamb grilled over an open flame, homemade bread, basil pesto, and many amazing vegetable sides. Andrea and Ivo were amazing hosts and hearing their family's story is inspiring. This day was absolutely the highlight of our trip!

5.00We had a brilliant time experiencing the cooking class! We began by picking vegetables from the garden while Andrea built a menu on the fly based on what was ripe. Then, we helped prepare and cook an excellent meal in their open air kitchen overlooking the vineyard, while tasting family wines. We capped the day by enjoying the culinary fruits of our labors and learning about the Tomas family’s approach to sustainable agriculture and winemaking. Oh, and we laughed a lot!
