  One of the highlights of the trip. Giacomo was passionate about sharing information on the local agricultural community. We enjoyed a stroll around town, gathering ingredients from the garden, and cooking at the top of Margherita hotel. The food and wine was delicious. I highly recommend!

  What a pleasant time spent with Luisa who gave us the secrets of local vegetation. We were then able to pick local vegetables and aromatics before we could cook them. What a pride to eat pasta with its pesto sauce, but especially what a delight. Thank you again.

From the moment we set out on the trek, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, to the final bite of the incredible meal we prepared together, every step of the journey was magical. Our guide/chef was passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We foraged fresh ingredients along the way, learned about local culinary traditions, and got hands-on experience creating a delicious, authentic meal in the heart of nature. Cooking side by side with my sweetheart, laughing, tasting, and savoring every moment, made the whole day feel like something out of a dream. This experience brought us even closer and gave us memories we’ll never forget — not to mention a few new favorite recipes to bring home.   This cooking class was so worth it! Wondering around the town picking herbs and flowers to use in our cooking class and learning so much about Praiano. The instructor is very knowledgeable and we had such a good time! The meal we cooked, everything was delicious and and the kitchen has a great view of the sea, You need to do this!!

  Also known as CookEatSquare, this cooking class was exceptional - the foraging was such a unique addition and the food was spectacular! We loved the focus on seasonal and local products (including the most delicious cheeses and local flour for pasta). Our teacher, Luisa, was so fun and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. This was a major highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

  This cooking experience was definitely a highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast. We stayed in Positano, but it was so nice to leave our area to see Praiano with Giacomo and Luisa. Both guides are passionate about teaching others their craft. The village is beautiful and clean and our guides gave us a fantastic history of the food culture from the area as we made our way to the kitchen. The location and views were spectacular!! We used the freshest ingredients to make our meal, which was simple but outstanding. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and they loved the experience as well. We will definitely take home and apply what we learned. The almond and arugula pesto on home-made pasta was amazing!

  Great cooking class with education regarding the use of local ingredients to create wonderful meals. Giamcomo and Luisa were great teachers. The venue for the very hands on cooking portion of the class was beautiful. I would recommend if you want to learn a little about local farming and have a hands on cooking class.   What an amazing experience! We walked through Praiano learning about the culture and history of Italian cuisine, we picked herbs along the way, and saw some incredible views! Lots of steps but worth it all once we got to the cooking spot and feasted on some delicious food! Francisco was a wonderful guide and chef and so knowledgeable. The group was intimate so we had a fun time sharing stories and laughing over our struggles making the cavatelli pasta! We made apps, sage chips (sooo good), fresh pesto sauce, pasta and dessert!
