If you’re visiting Copenhagen and want to taste something you can’t find anywhere else, come and see us at MURI to try our non-alcoholic fermented blends. We live in the space between categories - not wine, not beer, but a blend of ideas, techniques, and flavors inspired by multiple disciplines. Fermentation is our playground, and we’re constantly experimenting, questioning, and pushing the boundaries. We think of ourselves as Liquid Gastronomy from Copenhagen.
Step into our blendery and you’ll see how it all happens - from slow fermentations and careful infusions, to giving by-products a new life, to blending everything into drinks that surprise you from the first sip. We’ll open bottles from our core range and our test-kitchen range, you may even get to try some rare, experimental blends you won’t see outside our doors.
It’s not your standard tasting - it’s a window into how we think, create, and play with flavor.

Fermentation is our playground, and we’re constantly experimenting, questioning, and pushing the boundaries. We call what we do 'Liquid Gastronomy.' We'll start off showing you around the blendery where we make each drop. You'll see how it all happens - the careful fermentations, the enormous old smokery, and if we are blending something you can try whatever is in the tanks. Then we can relax in the tasting room where we will guide you through each one of our drinks from our signature and test-kitchen ranges. You may even get to try some rare, experimental blends we need feedback on! It’s not your standard tasting - it’s a window into how we think, create, and play with flavor.
