5.00The boat tour was fabulous. The City tour is decent. Always a good way to get your bearings in a new city. But why all Hoho Companies make it so darn hard to get info online on bus stops and routes is beyond me. It’s good to know this when choosing accommodations.

1.00Never book!!! ES from a miserable organization, it is not clear when which buses or boats leave where, with booked, digital ticket you still have to queue up, at the counter you are then only insufficiently or ill-advised or you are simply forwarded to colleagues, who then reject you again. ES therefore the technology and functionality of the audio transmission was flawed, plugs did not stop in the sockets, languages were not adjustable because the NR. suddenly no longer existed. Too bad we were really looking forward to it; but would not recommend ES, but look for alternative offers.

5.00We used the bus as our transportation throughout the city for 48 hours and the canal cruise was a fun way to see the city from a different perspective. Our hotel was a pick up location which made it even more convenient.

5.00We did both the bus and Canal tour. It was a wonderful way to see Copenhagen. Only suggestion would be to give a little bit better directions on how to get from the bus to the canal tour.
