4.00It was an informative tour. More history knowledge would have been good. But overall a very good tour of the main sites of Copenhagen. Sometimes it was hard to hear our guide, but traffic contributed to background noice.

1.00Our guided tour in German was cancelled 10 minutes before the start. We were already on the bus to the meeting point. It was all very, very annoying. ES didn’t come up with a replacement, and if we had known ES sooner, we would have planned the day differently or booked a different tour. ES was only a small consolation that we were reimbursed quickly.
