We booked this trip 2 months back on trip advisor. The provider was Andasulur excursions. I confirmed with them that they will pick us up from our hotel and they said yes and will give pick up time the day before. I got a text from a provider called' Naturanda' yesterday for this very excursion. (They might be the local provider) to tell us to meet at their office. They denied knowing abt them picking us up. This was just the start. When the tour started they put us in a tour where there were around 18 Italian speakers and 6 English speakers. The guide would explain to the Italian people in Italian and would then give a short explanation in English. Well two people in our group were really upset that they were not told in the beginning that the tour will proceed in two languages because it's a waste of time. Unknown to us they were transferred to an English guide group. Had we known we would have complained too as so much time was taken to explain the same thing in two languages. After that our guide did try his best to speed things up and took care of us but I think it's the company's fault as they should not sent 4 English speakers with an Italian group. So please due your due diligence if you book with this company. We are easy going so we still enjoyed our tour and didn't let this situation bother us too much.

Felt like a half day trip extended to a full day. The joining instructions were a little unclear and at the start it all felt a little disorganised. After about 30 minutes we stopped in a small village for coffee and toilets. It didn’t seem necessary. On arrival in Cordoba the first stop was for lunch so by 2pm we hadn’t really done anything ! The mosque was really interesting and well worth a visit however it was a 10 hour round trip so a long day for an hours visit.

Our Mosque-Cathedral guide, Carlos was very knowledgeable. Although the information provided was in English and Spanish, it provided time to take picture while he was explaining to the other group. Overall the Cordoba from Seville tour was enjoyable.

This was a mixed bag primarily because of the tour operator, Naturanda. We got a call the night prior that our pick up time changed to 45 minutes later. We then got on a bus only to be transferred to another bus. A minor inconvenience, but not a great start. The beginning of the tour was quite nice, though. We stopped in Carmona and explored a hidden gem. We were then able to explore the old quarter and patios of Cordoba with an informative guide. We also had a lovely lunch away from the tourist traps near the mosque cathedral. Things took a turn for the worse after our lunch break, though. We arrived at the mosque cathedral entrance only to be told that the tour company didn’t organize enough local guides to conduct the tour. Our Naturanda guide explained that only licensed local guides could tour the cathedral. After fifteen minutes of back and forth, we were placed in a Spanish speaking group and the local guide had to complete the tour in English and Spanish. This caused everything to run longer than anticipated. The final negative point was that, because it was a local holiday, nearly all of the public restrooms were closed. Our guide took us to two different places to find a restroom before essentially saying we were on our own. Unorganized and unfortunate. We read reviews with similar negative experiences with Naturanda, but as one of the couples in our group shared, they operate pretty much all of the tours in and around Seville. You’re kind of stuck with them. It’s hard to say you should avoid them, but you should walk in knowing what to expect.

Our guide for Cordoba was Dris and he was terrific. Very informative and friendly. Nacho gave us the tour of the Cathedral and he was equally informative and open to questions. The walking was not strenuous but there lots of other tourists seeing the same things. Both tour guides handled this situation very well.

Very poor organisation meant that we spent an hour waiting for our coach pick up which never showed. Really disappointed !

Long excursion, but worth it! Our guides were very knowledgeable and personable. We stopped in Carmona before went to Cordoba. It was a nice stop and lovely city, but not very long. Cordoba visit included walking tour with history and a nice lunch stop before it started again. Then, after the mosque tour, we had a few minutes before heading back. Cons The tour is 10 hours and we think skipping Carmona would have been better as it would shorten it slightly without losing much. But it's part of the tour, just be prepared that it's not an extremely long stop. Not much free time in Cardoba if you take lunch. Pros Clean bus Excellent tour guides. Historical knowledge was phenomenal and they were engaging. Carlos Leon did a fabulous job Multi language Lots of ground covered on the tour in Cardoba One small note, the transistors we used in the mosque did not work very well. They could invest in some better equipment. I recommend this tour if you want an informative and thorough experience.

This is a wonderful tour and should not be missed. Cordoba is amazing and the guides were very knowledgeable. Bus was very comfortable too. Wear shoes that will do ok on the uneven cobblestone streets.
