This tour will take you through Cork's famous food and beverage market, the English Market, which has been operating since the 18th century. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and chat with local traders, adding a bit of fun and "craic" to the experience.
The tour highlights the very best that Cork has to offer, including pre-booked tastings of award-winning local cheese, mouthwatering seafood fresh from the Atlantic, handmade Irish bread, gourmet country sausage, and more, all washed down with a creamy stout.

5.00This tour is 5 star for the Guide and the quality of food samplings. Our guide Kerry, is a phenomenal human. She was incredibly generous with sharing many interesting facts about the city and what it was like to be raised in Cork. The food selected for the tour was so delicious that we went back to buy our own potluck dinner and dessert. You will be very full at the end of the tour as the sampling portions were substantial. Kerry's personal interaction with the vendors and the tour members made this time spent memorable. We have been fortunate to participate in no less than 20 food tours, throughout many countries, and Kerry made this Cork City Food Tour our favorite-to-date.

5.00We had a great time. The food choices were awesome. The English market tour was very interesting and delicious. Kerry was a great tour guide who gave us really interesting information on Cork history as well as great food choices around the city. If you are coming to Cork do not miss this tour and request Kerry if possible!!

5.00Spent the first hour learning the history of Cork, which was interesting. Then onto the food and drink! Sampled Irish coffee, stout ales, meat pies, oysters, prawns, sausages, chocolates, cheeses, and more. Great fun!

5.00What a great craic we had with Gráinne! We ended up being the only ones on the tour and it felt like we explored Cork with an old friend. We ate and ate and ate… and drank and chatted and learned about the city. It’s a day we’ll never forget. Thanks again, Gráinne!

5.00The Cork Food Tour is an amazing way to see the city and sample the best of its food. Kate was an incredible guide - knowledgeable and fun! At every stop, we learned more of Cork’s history while tasting seafood, sourdough bread, meat pies, beer, and so much more. Loved it!

5.00Our walking food tour with Celia was absolutely the highlight of our trip. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the local food and people. Celia took us to some fantastic pubs and through the English market. More than samples too - we left the tour absolutely stuffed after all the delicious food and drinks. Celia also gave us some great recommendations for more shopping and visiting around Cork. It was an unforgettable day!
