5.00We booked this experience through our Sojourn Travels local contact. We like that it was very close in Cortona where we were staying. Fabio, our chef, greeted us with his friendliness and warm smile. His private, well-planned teaching kitchen space was very adequate for the seven of us. He explained the process and requirements for each course and we all all helped with prep and assembling items. We prepared two bruschetta, lasagna (including making the pasta) and panna cotta with a strawberry topping. Sitting down and enjoying the meal was fun and lively, Fabio was a great host.

5.00We had a wonderful morning! We made delicious lasagna, bruschetta, and pancetta. Fabio was an excellent chef and teacher. We enjoyed wine and lemoncello as well. A fun day with good friends, amazing food, and an incredible experience.

5.00It was amazing! Chef Glenda was warm, personable, and so welcoming. She was patient and explained not only the process with the food and where it came from. It was such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone whether they are a beginner or experienced chef. We were so proud to eat what we had created. It was absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyable.

5.00My family and I had a terrific time with Christine at our Cortona Cooking Class! The food she taught us was rolled pasta and sauce,, Ratatouille, pork sausage bacon rolls, Tiramisu and special zucchini garlic vegetarian pasta sauce. Wow so good paired with local wines and can’t wait to try it at home. The recipes are available via QR code! Do it and you won’t regret it!!

5.00Did the cooking class with Elenina in her home. We made focaccia bread, bruschetta, fresh pasta with tomato basil sauce and tiramisu. It was fantastic and we had SO MUCH fun. Elenina is such a fun loving personality it was delightful to be with her. Our favorite activity of the trip!!

5.00This is one of the BEST experiences I've ever booked and done! From the start, it was SO FUN!! We were welcomed with a choice of delightful beverages and a wonderful warm welcome into a gorgeous cooking and eating space!! Then, there were introductions and expectations before getting to the fun! We cooked three courses and had the BEST TIME chatting and learning and listening and drinking!! I would do this every week if I could and was a highlight of my vacation!

Christina is warm and kind who creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making everyone feel at ease. Her english was great too. The recipes we learned were not only delicious but easy to follow. I can’t recommend this class enough. Christina makes you feel like family making it a highlight of our trip. Thank you Christina!️

3.00The facility was nice and professional and clean. Our chef Glenda was the highlight. She was lovely. There was a problem however: I booked the cooking class with the understanding that it would be I a villa in the country side. It was not. It was in the town of Cortona in a commercial kitchen. The cost was 240 per person- and on line I found many cooking classes for 90 with cooking class and wine. The meal we made was very simple: a bruschetta and a simple homemade pasta with tomato sauce and pancetta, and tiramisu. For 240 pp I expected more ( and initially signed up for this class due to the rave reviews about the villa) Once again- Glenda our chef was lovely.
