5.00Lovely day out, excellent driver/guide. Many benefits to having a smaller coach in this area and the amount of time felt sufficient at each stop. One stop on the itinerary wasn’t visited or mentioned however; did not see Montecalme Abbey.

5.00Bill was our calm, cheerful guide+driver. He shared a wealth of knowledge and added a personal touch to some stories. The first stop he showed us around, educated us on the location, and shared interesting details that we could have easily overlooked. Then we were sent of on our own to explore during rest of the stops. Yet he always made certain to point out special sights view or paths to follow before sending us off to explore. Every time he made certain that we were set up to have a good time as well as providing us with enough time at each stop to be content and to not be rushed. Bill is a very safe driver and he kept us relaxed even when he was driving through a downpour or backing up on a single lane carriage way in order for an opposing car to pass. Definitely I would recommend Mad Max tours.

5.00I traveled with my husband and three young adult daughters. We had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed Len’s narration and musical playlist as we made our way through the various stops.

5.00Len the driver was courteous, informative and a good driver on the country lanes and home trip in the rain and peak hour traffic. Recommend tour for those who don’t want to worry about directions, parking issues or lack of local knowledge of the roads which are quite daunting for the ill informed.

5.00Departure to Cotswold from Bath with a van for a maximum of 14 participants, very comfortable. Chris, our driver, was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the places. The chosen itinerary seemed perfect for getting an idea of the region. Our favorite village was Castle Combe. Recommended if you are in Bath and traveling without your own transportation.
Sean, who was our driver and tour guide was outstanding. Very knowledgeable of the area and a great driver!

5.00Sean, the driver and tour guide was quite knowledgeable. He was very kind even stopping to get a “lardy” cake for all is us to share. On the way back to Bath, he made unexpected stops for photo opportunities!

5.00Our guide Jerry made the tour a fun, safe and intriguing experience! We got to see some less-known places in the Cotswolds too, which was wonderful. I would recommend the tour to anyone interested in history and historical places.
